This is my third visit to Hilton Head Island and second time in the Village House. The location is the best, five minute walk to a beautiful beach. The building is immaculate and welll kept. They are working on it constantly, landscaping, cleaning, painting and planting. The villa is extremely comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen w/ beautiful granite. It is very comfortable and felt like home. Everthing appears to be new or almost new and in excellent condition. This is definitely the nicest villa I have stayed in over the three years. The bathroom have all been re-done recently also. There are even beach chairs, small bucket for children, and two boogie boards. A beautiful patio where I had my morning coffee when weather was good with an umbrella was a treat. It is very quiet here and must have good insulation. The owners were definitely the nicest that I have rented from. The coffee maker broke and I called the owner and she told me to pick out one and she will mail me a check. I never went one day w/out my morning coffee. I received the check in days. I would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone w/out any hesitation. I do agree this is one of the nicest villas onPort Royal and definitely the nicest that I have stayed in. I was here for over four months and it feels like home. Also, this building is a secure building which locks after a certain hour. I was given a security code to get in at night.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great location, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood for long bike rides. Comfortable acccomidations. We look forward to visiting again!
