Chino Valley is nestled comfortably in the mountains of central Arizona, 15 miles north of Prescott, at an elevation of 4,750 feet. Chino Valley has a mild climate and a gentle four seasons. We enjoy 300 plus days of sunshine every year, and have an average rainfall of 10.6 inches. The Chino Valley area supports a variety of vegetation. Spring is heralded by grand tulips and daffodils.
We welcome you to stay in this beautiful open and airy home with cathedral ceiling. This bright charming house has an Awesome View of the picturesque mountains, the San Francisco Peaks. This house is decorated in cowboy motif. Situated over a ½ acre lot in the popular subdivision of Quail Ridge, you won’t feel crowded. You can sneeze and your neighbors won’t hear.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom is big enough to have a treadmill and queen size bed, with walk in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed and third bedroom is an office with oak desk/computer and sofa bed. Kitchen appliances are stainless steel with near new gas stove/convection oven. Mountain and hill views out all windows. We’re only a few blocks from state land, where you can see horses and cows grazing. Services offered are computer with high speed internet, local phone, and Direct-TV.
The house is only a short drive from downtown Prescott (including major shopping with a mall and Costco). Prescott boasts that it is “Everybody’s Hometown”, where you will find antique shops, restaurants, gift shops. On the weekends you will find art fairs, etc. at the Courthouse Square. Always something fun going on. Previous renters did the following: Horse back riding, Gold panning, Verde Canyon Railroad, fishing and leisurely scenic drives throughout the area. If you are a spectator of sports there is an Ice Hockey arena and Horse Racing Track located nearby in Prescott Valley. There are three nice fishing lakes in the area.
Other areas to visit on daytrips include places like Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon. Take a scenic tour train ride on The Verde Canyon Railroad in Cottonwood or the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams. Visit the Out of Africa Wildlife Park in Camp Verde. Or just stay home and enjoy the peace and quiet and scenic views of the mountains. Take walks around the development as most people do. Chino Valley offers a Safeway Grocery Store, Walgreens, Alco, fast food restaurants and several other restaurants. If you like Mexican food, there are two popular restaurants that serve delicious food.
