  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Daze. There were 3 adults and 4 kids (aged 12-17) and we had plenty of room to spread out. The photos just do not do it justice. We were close to everything yet were able to enjoy the quiet in the evenings. Home and community very well maintained. The owner was incredibly polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to be near it all yet away from it all as well. Beach within walking distance (about 2 blocks). You won't regret choosing to stay here!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  Our stay at Sunny Daze was excellent. We were close enough to everything we wanted, but yet away from the crowds for restful and quiet nights. The neighborhood was was well maintained with very freindly neighbors. The kitchen was fully stocked and the interior of the home nicely decorated. We would definitely stay there again. I would like to thank the Wilson family for sharing their home with us.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this house. It had plenty of beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs. There were also lots of inside toys for the kids as well. I took my little girl for a stroll around the neighborhood. That was nice to be able to do. The pool was nice, not overcrowded. We didn't walk to the beach, it was a little far, however we never had trouble finding a spot to park and you didn't have to pay. This house was well worth it for the price. It was very nice not to have to spend all of my money on the place I stayed.

  We stayed at Sunny Daze with my two children, ages 5 & 9. The house had everything you could need and was very convenient to everything in Panama City. The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks in the backyard and we enjoyed having the space you won't find in a hotel. Michael was great to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

  We stayed at Sunny Daze for four months and loved every minute. The house was comfortable and the location was perfect - close to everything. The pools were wonderful, and we were also within walking distance of the beach. We had no problems during our stay and would definitely recommend Sunny Daze. Owner, Michael, was a pleasure to deal with.

  Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with my family. We had plenty of room and the home was extremely convenient to everything we wanted. I was afraid using the public beach at the pier would be a hassle, but it is so easy to get to and had plenty of parking. My 2 yr old loved the beach toys in the garage. There is a restaraunt "Breakers" just a couple blocks west on Front Beach Rd. that had the best seafood we had in P.C.B. all week. Thanks again for a great vacation.

  I thought the house was very nice and definitely well priced for the week.We really enjoyed our stay and hope we can return next year.. The owners were very friendly and we appreciate them sharing their beautiful home with us and for making it possible for us to take a vacation by keeping the rates low.Thank you .

  We had a great stay at Sunny Daze. Michael is great to deal with and has made sure that all areas are covered, from the home to the toys for the beach. My grand kids were always finding a new toy to play with in the house, on Friday they discovered the coloring books. The kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of towels (for the house and the beach). We met the ducks at the patio a couple days. Thank you Wilsons for allowing us to stay at Sunny Daze and hopefully we can come back again. Again Thank You for a great week!

  This was my first vacation in PCB so I had no idea what to expect. My first pleasant surprise was our rental home, Sunny Daze. The owners clearly care about the comfort of their guests. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. The home itself is clean, well organized and nicely decorated. The location was ideal, close to all the activity but far enough away for quiet evenings. The ducks arrived in the backyard like clockwork every morning and we enjoyed feeding them. The only dissappointment we had was that the pools closed at dusk. Overall we would stay here again and would like to thank the Wilson's for sharing their home!

  The owners of this house were so easy to deal with. We booked last minute and they went above and beyond to accomodate us. The house was clean, inviting and HUGE. We were there with four teenagers who had enough room to spread out and not get on each others nerves. The kitchen was well supplied and overall the pictures just do not do this house justice. The kids were within walking distance to the beach and although I chose to drive there, the public parking for the day was inexpensive and perfect. Being that this was not ON the strip, it made it far enough away for no traffic but close enough for them to walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will definitely be coming back next year! Thank you for a great vacation spot!
