The State of Montana and Big Sky Resort District have a combined
tax of 10% that is in addition to the above rates.
We also require a damage deposit of $1000 for week stays and $600
for shorter stays. It can be a credit card authorization or cash.

I was able to book this property for our family while we were in the area for a family wedding in late July. What a great home. Everything was better than the pictures and what awesome hosts!! They made sure you wanted for nothing. If we get back to this area again in the future, we will stay here again. Definitely great accomodations in a nice location. They were willing to accomodate our party for the time period that we needed. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area for a few days.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We just came back from a wonderful stay at this home - stunning home in an incredible setting! Super clean, great floorplan, hot tub with views, deck overloooking Lone Peak, etc. The owners are on site and soo helpful - we even borrowed eggs from them (seriously!). They had great recommendations for local hikes as well. A 10+ experience!

We had a great stay in the Charis Lodge! We had nine in our party and the design of the home is so well done that we all had plenty of private time and loads of room. The property was clean and well maintained - the owners are very conscientious and respectful people, just lovely. The views are great, hot tub CLEAN and relaxing, excellent large gas grill, the bed and bathrooms are well appointed, and the entertainment system fantastic. The kitchen is awesome if you are planning to stay in and cook like we did. Having the owners near by was a real plus also - no privacy issues whatsoever and in fact we felt like we had our own personal concierge for any house matters and local information such as activities, hiking trails, fishing, Yellowstone info., grocery stores, etc. In addition, it comes in handy if you lock yourself out of the home like we did! I was told that in the winter Don (the owner) will blaze a trail with his snowmobile and take a member of your party along to show the easy way to the ski in/ski out lift - that is the type of service that is seldom found in these type of properties. We will be back!

The Charis Lodge is absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and very nicely appointed...everything you could possibly need is here. The views from the house are spectacular. We do not want to leave. You will not be disappointed staying here...it is fabulous! Owners could not be nicer ~ the whole experience was fantastic. This place gets an A++++++.

Our men's group just returned from 4 days at Charis Lodge. What a treat. This is the best place in 20 years of trips together. Huge, beautiful, comfortable, beds for everyone (8+) and Don and Becky could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Insist that Don show you the way back to house. He seems to love playing the guide. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Charis Lodge over the winter holiday. The house accommodated our party of 6 adults and 7 children beautifully, lots of space for the kids to play and for the adults to relax. Skiing in and out of the lodge was really fun, such a treat not to have to get in a car. It's on a great sledding hill as well. Big Sky skiing was spectacular, can't wait to go back again! Don and Becky were so helpful and accommodating, they have a real treasure in Charis Lodge! I would book it again in a minute!
