This is a premier, gated adult community sometimes better known as "DISNEY WORLD FOR ADULTS" or "A LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE" or "FLORIDA'S FRIENDLIEST HOMETOWN" The Villages is best know for its on-site free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages Town Squares and Katie Belle's Night Club, seven nights a week. (Note: Their are now TWO TOWN SQUARES for nightly entertainment.)

Beautiful, fully furnished, high end Designer Home, features three bedrooms and two baths. This Designer has 2,000 plus square feet of living space with separate dining room and all season window lanai. Along with two car garage and golf cart garage. This home is located in the village of Bonneybrook with a golf course view. Its location is within three minute walk to the Ashland and Bonneybrook pools and a five minute drive to the Arnold Palmer championship 27 hole golf course, country club, tennis courts, and upscale restaurant. Lake Sumter Town Square is only a 10 minute drive.

Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play 9 or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the clubhouse pool bar and grill. Relax in one of the 25 pools and then head down to one of the town squares for live music, dancing and happy hour every night. Dine in one for the nine country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants on both Town Squares. After dinner take in a movie or head over to Katie Belle's Night club for some late night live entertainment and dancing.

You can also bring your laptop and hook it up to the internet via an ethernet cable connection. In the living area is a sofa, three lounge chairs, and a hugh 60" HDTV with a Boise sound system & DVD. In the dining room is a table and chairs for eight people with a dining hutch. The lanai has windows that can be open or shut for all seasons along with table and six chairs. The outdoor patio has a natural gas BBQ grill and table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished along with aisle bar that sits six. Their is a 2 car garage and a golf cart garage addition.
