My husband and I spent a fabulous week at this lovely beachfront property. The proximity to world-class cuisine, water activities, and general exploration is perfect. Kristen was extremely helpful in assisting us with airline difficulties - what could have been a terrible trip was made much better by her understanding of the airline's cancellation of our flight schedule. Anna, the property manager, was also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities to enjoy during our stay. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a wonderful week at this condo; it's secure (gated with code access), has off street parking (but limited spots--they do pack them in at night, but Anna will show you how it's done so everybody can get out when they need to!), and is right on the beach. You can't step off the terrace onto the beach--it's elevated--but you can get to the beach through another secure door in the condo building. We found the kitchen well equipped, everything worked as described, and it was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of the restaurants, bakery and grocery store about three blocks east. A wonderful location, just 5 to 10 minutes from Orient Beach to the east, and about the same distance back to Marigot to the west. PERFECT! Bob and Kristen have a wonderful property, and Anna (the lady who manages things on the island) was a wonderful asset, too, with recommendations and assistance as needed. We'll be back! Thanks, Bob and Kristen, and Anna!

This condo is exactly as described. Intimate, right on the beach, walking distance to town and the greatest restaurants ever! Easy to drive to the other side of the island and visit the dutch side, explore hidden coves, or just hang out at the condo. Absolutely one of the best vacations ever for my husband and I! Anna was a doll and pointed out all the right places for us (market, lolos, etc) Kristen has a great find here, enjoy it whenever you can!

We just spent a fabulous two weeks in beautiful Grand Case. The condo was great - not a 5-star hotel if that is what you are looking for, but very comfortable with a wonderful veranda with a lanai right on the beach. Tropical plants surround you as you listen to the waves crashing on the shore. All the amenities you need for cooking, including a salad spinner! But, if you want to eat out, it's only a short walk up the beach to some of the greatest restaurants in the Caribbean. This is a wonderfully romantic location with nice tropical breezes keeping it comfortable and not overwhelmingly hot. Kristen is great to work with, providing good advice on car rentals, shopping, etc.

Wow, what can we say, everything was perfect! We couldn't think of a place to spend out 25th anniversary. The condo was so comfortable and the fact that we could walk everyplace was what we were looking for. From the car rental to the great restaurants Kristen recommended it was more then we had hoped for. To have the beach literally at our back door and the sounds of the waved was a perfect way to fall asleep. Thanks again Kristen and Bob it was fantastic

We spent 4 days at the studio and couldn't have been happier. There was lots of room, and the beach was right off the deck. Unfortunately the water was pretty cloudy during our stay but it was still fun to play in the water. The deck was perfect for kicking up our feet and reading books. We listened to the waves all night long. All of the amenities of Grand Case were just a short walk away. We especially loved filling up on French pastries in the morning. The lolos were fun (and affordable) for dinner. Kristen hooked us up with a great deal on a car, so we were able to explore the whole island. Everything we could want was just a short drive away. We always loved coming back to our studio, though! The air conditioning was awesome. Thanks Kristen for setting us up for such a great vacation.

My wife and I loved sitting on the patio with a baguette, a glass of wine, and fresh sliced cheeses, all the while looking out at the sunset over the Carribean. Wonderful view, stocked with everything you need or want, and an exquisite location. You will love vacationing here!

My husband and I rented this condo for our honeymoon on St. Martin and it was perfect! Right on the beach so we could enjoy a beautiful view but Grand Case beach is quiet enough that we not annoyed by noise from other people. The caretaker was waiting with keys upon our arrival and was on time to pick them up, Kristen gave us great rental car advice, and our deposit was returned in just a few days. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute condo on the beach to relax and enjoy St. Martin.

We stayed here in march and again in July. We travel quite a bit and always to different places. We just couldn't help coming back here to paradise. The water is crystaline and the snorkling is amazing just to the left of the condo in front of Le Petit Hotel. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable. The restaurants are just a few minutes walk on the beach and the lolo's are delicious! Dining in is also great on the patio with a nice bottle of french wine. There is so much to see and do but it is also nice just relaxing on the beach on Grand Case. You literally open your door and jump onto the sand and into the water! Thanks Bob & Kristin for your great hospitality!! We will certainly be back!! Debby & Al Montreal, QC

My husband and I just spent a delightful week at this condo in Grand Case. The setting was relaxing as it was beautiful, especially winding down the day sipping a drink and watching the sun set. It was everything we hoped for and more as we found Grand Case a pleasant place to stroll in the evening browsing the resturants and other shops. Overall a very relaxing week.

After spending two weeks here in February, it isn't even possible to describe our perfect vacation. This condo has more than enough room. The view is so beautiful, it is a painting! You could stay here and go nowhere else! Thank You, Bob & Kirsten for being generous enough to share with others.

This studio is the closest you can get to the water without being on a boat. It was just heaven to look out at the turquoise water and to hear the surf. What a find! We considered several places many of which were more expensive, before taking our two week vacation in January. We both agreed after seeing the other places that this was absolutely the best location. It was like having your own private beach to sun, swim and stroll but a short ride to lots of other beaches with all the activities. Plus you can walk almost evey where... to the cafe for croissants and cappucino, to markets and lively beach bars with terrific music. And the dining is amazing...from lolo's with tasty barbeque to restaurants with talented chefs. Or you could stay at the apartment and dine on the patio with a good bottle of French wine. If you need any travel advice the owners couldn't be more helpful. C'est magnifique!

To say this is ocean front is an understatement. I have been to many places that claim to be "ocean front" and then you have to hike to the water. This beautiful condo is ON THE BEACH. You can step off the deck right onto the beach, and what a great beach it is, soft white sand, crystal clear water, its what you think about when you think Caribbean. Grand Case is a great little town with some of the best restaurants I have ever been to. They combine French cooking with fresh Caribbean seafood. The Condo itself is on the first floor and has a great deck that we always ate our meals on. The bedroom is very comfortable with a nice bed, and a flat screen TV (not that we watched much TV). The bathroom is a good size and has a nice shower. The whole unit is very clean. It is an amazing value. I will return to this unit again and again. You will feel like you have made a great discovery that no one else must know about, otherwise the whole world would be vacationing in Grand Case.

It is all that is pictured and much more. The water is actually just feet away; not just a view, down a path, or a few blocks away, it's right there. We snorkeled everyday and were continually amazed at each new species of fish, again just feet from the patio. Swim, sun/sunsets, restaurants, relax, shops, all right there. Outside of seeing the rest of the island, you really don't need a rental car if you chose. To top it off, Grand Case is a quaint town. No high rise condos or apartments just restaurants, shops, and locals. We went in April and are going back in December. Put it this way, Hawaii is a lot closer then St Martin, from Washington state, and we're not going to Hawaii.
