  a guest from Seattle, WA recommends this vacation rental We loved the location of Three Palms. It was just minutes from Haleiwa and Foodland, which was really handy. It had a nice, protected beach and you could surf right out front. Everything was very clean and I had very good interactions with Hawaii Beach Homes for the second time.

  a guest from Grantsville, UT recommends this vacation rental Three Palms was everything we hoped! The home is in a wonderful location and has beautiful views. It is really just steps from the ocean. We saw turtles either on the beach or in shallow water right in front of the house almost every day. The home is conveniently located close to Haleiwa and Foodland and within 5 minutes of many great places to eat. Yet, the home itself is very private and we rarely had other people on the beach in front of the home. It was wonderful for a relaxing vacation! The home itself could use a few minor cosmetic updates, but overall was clean, nicely furnished and well kept up. It was also stocked nicely and the people we booked through were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience! We hope to be back often!

  Wanda S recommends this vacation rental We enjoyed a wonderful three days at the Three Palms! There were turtles basking on the sand in front of our beach house and swimming in the water during our stay! The house is spacious and the panoramic windows allow us to have amazing views of the beach and the ocean. We're looking forward to staying here again very soon! Thank you for such delightful memories!

Her comment was that this was the best trip yet. we all love Three Palms, we will reconmend it to all we meet. The A/C in the bedrooms, made sleeping easy on the warm hawaiian nights. But if u want to her the small waves crashing on the shore then spend a night with a/c off it was the best. The beach was very private. Mahalo to the management staff, they showed lots of ALOHA. A great BIG MAHALO we will be back we or already planning PS your cleaners were very nice local folks. visitors don't forget to show ur aloha (kala)to them as u leave

  Kevyn S from Whitby, On recommends this vacation rental ...this was our first time in Hawaii so we decided to skip the whole resort deal. What a great choice! Everything about the place was great from the location, to the spectacular views to the fabulous beach. Swam with Sea Turtles every single day and we had the best spot on that beach right in front of our place. Minutes to Haleiwa and just down the road from Sunset, Pipline and Waimea Bay. Amazing beauty surrounds you. Amazing trip.

  I would not recommend this house to anyone. The house is very hot, the only a/c is in the bedrooms so they should either invest in central a/c or more ceiling fans especially in the sun room, we are from the deep south where it is hot and humid and the heat in this house was too much even for us. There should have been 4 smoke alarms in this house and 3 were missing the only one that was working us in the back of the house. The kitchen faucet was broken and hanging out of the counter top when we arrived, we did call about it and they did send someone to repair it several hours later. We were there at the house sitting outside but the repair person let themselves in which to me is o.k. if we had not be there but we were and they had our phone number and could have called if they knocked and we didn't answer we had no idea they came until we went back inside. After talking to one of the neighbors she told us to make sure that we take our valuables, purse and wallets into the bedroom with us at night since this house has been broken into 3 times in the past 2 years. Check in time was suppose to be at 3:00 the cleaning crew did not have the home ready until after 4:00 but the day of check out which is at 11:00 they were standing at the gate at 10:35 asking us when we would be out. The kitchen is the only part of this home that has been updated, the electrical wiring really needs to be upgraded, every time we turned on the hair dryer the circuit breaker would pop. Again I stress the need for smoke alarms in the house. The pictures posted for this house are deceptive. The view was beautiful, beach access was perfect, turtles were amazing.... but the house IS NOT!!!!

  Owner response: This response was left by a very disgruntled client. She did not receive the large refund requested and subsequently left this erroneous review, as she threatened she would do if we did not refund her. She called to report a problem with the faucet, we fixed it immediately. The home has not been broken into as she states, nor are the photos at all deceptive.

  We stayed at Three Palms for the second time in two years. Disappointing condition of house, not clean when we arrived and cleaning crew was there at 6:00 p.m. when we arrived. Many things broken, some things hazardous such as the razor sharp broken tiles on the threshold of 2nd bathroom shower. When we used the master bath the glass sliding door on the shower came off its track and was unuseable. Kitchen pots and pans were all peeling teflon bits and unuseable. When we called in these defects the staff did bring in new cookware. The overall feeling was one of neglect and no maintenance. Natural beauty was awesome but we will not use Three Palms again because of the lack of maintenance and lack of cleanliness. We had recommended this property to friends and family last time but will not do so in the future.

  AWESOME!! very clean, right on the beach. Being form the Easten Suburbs of Sydney growing up at the beach this house will not fail, everything was in working order it was quiet and all you could want, it even has two breaks right out front. Seems everyone who surfs out front paddles out straight in front of the house but do not even bother with looking at the houses, obviously more interested in what the surf is doing, so although open it's very private.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.
