Beds	King Bed: Located in Master Bedrm Queen Bed: 2 Bedrooms each have a Queen Bunk Bed Convertible Bed: This is a queen convertible, located in the Sunroom, which has electric rolldown hurricane shutters for privacy
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV (5): DishTV is on 4 TV's, cable is on one TV. If satellite goes out, a handy guest could change all to cable. DVD (5) VCR (3) CD Player Stereo System Private Hot Tub: Large 450 gallon size. Leave at 90 degrees when vacating property. Set at 98-100 degrees for use. Spa is serviced weekly on Thursdays. Outdoor Features	Charcoal BBQ Grill: Traditional Weber Kettle is located near hot tub. There is a hose with fresh water available next to tub. Deck/Patio (2): Upper deck off kitchen, just expanded, is not covered. Ground level area very large and partially covered. Balcony (2): Balcony off entrance and off master bedroom.
View/Location	Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: Property is on a 100 ft wide, sand bottom, canal where canal begins to split around a sand island. You can swim right there and to island.
