From the minute you enter the property through the secure and gated entrance, you will begin to experience the relaxing aura of this luxurious Gulf front lifestyle. You will park in a covered, gated garage area. As you enter the building you will take a semi-private elevator directly to the unit. The minute you step off of the elevator and into your unit, you will feel the sense of excitement of your upcoming stay.
Fully appointed with all of your desires, you will have some of the most beautiful views in the world. The gulf and the beaches and pool can be seen from almost anywhere in the condo.

There is a Ruth's Chris restaurant on the propety along with Grazzi's (Italian) and The Famous "Back Porch" beachfront Seafood resaurant only a short walk away. Complete health spa and club facilities are also on the property along with tennis and basketball courts, kids play area, kiddy pools and beachfront snack/tiki bar.
The main pool is one of the largest in the area and is centrally located and close to the beach and tiki bar. A soothing hot tub is steps away.
There is a T.V. and VCR in each bedroom. 2 of the bedrooms overlook the gulf and open to the lanai/balcony. Your elevator opens directly into your foyer for security, and is T.V. monitored 24 hours a day.
The condo was updated in 2008 and has been professionally managed and maintained. It is equipped with everything you need to make your visit a memorable and relaxing time.The Master Bath has an over sized shower and Garden sized Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has it's own bath. A washer and dryer are included.

Wow. What a great place to visit. i wish we could have stayed longer and we will be back often. Everything was 1st class and the amenities are great. we never had to use our car as everything we needed was within walking distance.
