This 2,702 sq. ft. direct oceanfront 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo is exquisitely furnished and was professionally decorated with a tropical flair.
The Master Bedroom has direct balcony access through sliding glass doors and large windows overlooking the ocean. The master has a king size bed, two walk in closets, a safe, and a plasma TV. The master bath has his and hers vanities, huge Roman spa tub, and separate shower with 2 shower heads.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk in closet and an attached private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a walk in closet. Both of these bedrooms have plasma TV's with DVD players and have views of the intercoastal waterway.

My husband and I traveled most of Florida and simply put, we could not find a better beach. We go to Florida for the beach.....so why not buy property on the best beach in the state?

The Bella Vista is truly an icon in Daytona. It is the most spectacular building ever built and it is complete luxury all around. The pool area is HUGE with a great sun deck that actually has sun - not blocked by the building - all day long. The fitness center is state of the art and the billiard room and social rooms are great places to hang out and enjoy friends and family.

This Bella Vista condo was great. It was beautiful and very relaxing. The condo was was very spacious and clean. The balcony and the views from it are a gift from God. It is wonderful to wake up and go to sleep by the ocean waves and breeze. The owners were great and very accomodating. Great vacation!

Recently we spent two months at this lovely and comfortable, spotless and spacious, gem of a condominium with awesome views from the grande balcony! The beautifully kept Bella Vista property added to a most relaxing stay. In addition to our luck of finding this terrific rental property, we found the owner, Dorothy, to be the utmost in professionalism. WOW Did we hate to leave! We've been coming to Daytona for 25 years & this is the nicest condo we've stayed in. The newness, furnishings, kitchen, bedrooms, & even high count sheets, everything was fantastic. It truly was like a 2nd home right on the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us! All the granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms were just exquisite. We hope to be back next year! AND Dorothy was so accommodating & I emailed her anytime with questions... very cooperative.
