Built four years ago, the owner acquired this particular lot for it's easy walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and Southern Exposure to the back of the house that provides all day sun on the entire pool area. This allows comfortable use of the heated pool, hot tub or sunbathing during days in the winter season with moderate temperatures. This is an important consideration in selecting any property when visiting the island November thru March!
Pool is secluded with 12 foot lush greenery on all sides that is illuminated with landscape uplighting at night. Fully screened pool with large glass sliding doors that accordion to the wall in order to open much of the house to pool area.
Home is beautiful and professionally decorated for the use of the owners family. On island housekeeper who does professional cleaning after each stay and pre-arrival check.

This house is amazing! Close to everything and a treat even if you never left it! The pictures just do not do it justice. We spent a week at this lovely paradise with our four small children. There isn't anything the house doesn't already have in it AND everything is top quality...including the linens!!! The house smelled nice and fresh when we got in and the pool was crystal clear. Beds are comfy. Stereo throughout most of the house was used ALL the time. There is an outside shower for the kids after the beach and even a bathroom with outdoor access so the kids don't drag water through the house. Two refrigerators...great for tasty cold beverages. House very tastefully decorated. I'm scared to even leave this review because I want to make sure the home is available for our next vacation next year. There isn't a single thing this home doesn't have. Plenty of room!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
