This luxury privately owned villa was used as the 'model' home and is furnished to a high standard. It's light and airy and has a relaxing feeling throughout. It is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. The garden is landscaped and maintained weekly, as is the pool. For your safety smoke detectors are installed throughout. There is an alarm on all doors leading to the pool area to inform you that children have entered the pool area. It is serviced by a local Management Company for peace of mind.
The accommodation comprises of a large entrance hall, an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin bedded rooms and two bathrooms.
The open plan living space is divided into two distinct spaces. The lounge with it's comfortable seating arrangements around a TV and entertainment centre and the adjacent dining area with glass table with seating for up to 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking hob, fan oven, microwave, extractor fan, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. The refrigerator-freezer will supply chilled water and crushed/cubed ice. There is a walk-in pantry for storage.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedside cabinets with side lamps and dresser. The bed position overlooks the pool which can be accessed via sliding doors. A large dressing room and bathroom adjoins the bedroom. The bathroom comprises of a walk-in shower, jacuzzi bath, his and her vanity units and sinks. Also within the bathroom is a separate WC.
The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and dresser. A second bathroom is located between this bedroom and bedroom 3.
There are 2 twin-bedded rooms, one of which overlooks the pool.
The pool measures 28 ft x 14 ft. It has a hot tub in the centre. The pool is completely caged and surrounded with comfortable sun loungers.
