This cozy house is in beautiful Old Homestead I. Located a block from the beach and a few doors down from a park. The park consists of a tennis court, basketball court, baseball diamond, and swings. The beach has sand volleyball. The private beach is one of the best in Huron!
This "cottage" has over 2000 square feet which includes a living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, two full baths, laundry room, and five bedrooms. There is plenty of room for the entire family!
There is a garage, but it is not available for your car. It is filled with bicycles, tennis rackets, beach toys, lawn chairs and a grill for your enjoyment during your stay.
Off season there is a two night minimum. Imagine strolling along Lake Erie beach in the spring when the flowers are just coming up, and Huron is beautiful is in the fall with the autumn leaves. You can walk down to the pier by the lighthouse and spend the day fishing. Lake Erie is spectacular in the winter, too.
Close by activities: Cedar Point, Kalahari & Great Wolf Lodge Water Indoor Parks, Lake Erie Islands, Golfing, Nature Walks, Wineries, African Safari Wildlife Park, Shopping, Restaurants, hiking, birding, and fishing. Huron has a 110-dock municipal Boat Basin and Amphitheater where there is FREE live entertainment every weekend during the summer months.
If you don't want to go sight seeing, then relax at the beach and enjoy Lake Erie!
