Sun City Grand is the premiere adult living community in Arizona offering a resort lifestyle without the high cost. One renter must be age 55 or better. Community amenities include 4 desert style golf courses and two community centers with multiple pools, fitness centers, arts, crafts, hobbies, tennis, etc. Renter pays $100 fee for an Activity Card to utilize amenities and discounted golf of about $40 a round. Sun City Grand is within 45 minutes of every large city convenience including arts, theater, museums, professional sports, airport, restaurants and shopping.
This comfortable 1685 square foot fully furnished home is nicely decorated in a southwest theme and is a popular great room model with upgrades like bay windows in the master bedroom, an extended breakfast nook also with bay windows, an extended garage and patio. The Den offers a fully functional office with desk, wireless internet, fax/printer/copier and computer monitor for your laptop. The king bed in the master is a high-end Simmons independent coil mattress with a latex comfort layer. The queen bed in the second bedroom is a mid quality Sterns and Foster mattress. There are at least 2 sets of linens and terry towels per bed/occupant. Entertainment abounds with televisions in each bedroom. DVD, stereo, and expanded HD cable compliment the 46" Sony HDTV in the great room and the 26" Sony HDTV in the master bedroom. Cleanliness and maintenance are a priority as are continuous upgrades such as: 20 inch porcelain tile in kitchen, utility room & both bathrooms (2011), washer & microwave oven (2010), ultra quiet dishwasher & propane grill & new patio furniture & 2 HDTV's(2009). The premium corner lot and highly preferred south facing patio with Travertine pavers, privacy wall & bench, tropical & desert landscaping and tranquil fountain combine to offer carefree Arizona living at it's finest.

Why the Owner Chose Sun City Grand
Having spent most of my adult life at 7000-9000 feet up here in Telluride Colorado, I'm ready to get warm in the winter! Summer in Telluride and winter in Arizona is our dream. Sun City Grand offers the best value by far for quality homes, common areas, golf and ammenites. There wasn't a second choice!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the open layout of the great room floorplan. The expanded kitchen nook with bay windows is great in the sunny mornings. The expanded outdoor patio gets great sun in the winter. The new landscape plants add to the tropical feel and the water feature makes the patio a soothing place to hang out. I like quality video so the new 46 inch sony flatscreen just had to take center stage. The beds have quality mattresses because we don't like waking up with aches either. The house just has a really good feel about it, it's fun to be there!

Hi! I'm a 25+ year vacation rental professional living in the southwest Colorado ski town of Telluride. We bought this home in Arizona to move us closer to our dream of spending summers in Telluride and winters in Arizona. We're still at least 3 years away from that goal since our daughter, Erin, has that many years before college. We've furnished and improved the home for our ultimate enjoyment of it rather than cut corners as is so common with "investment/rental" properties. And we're happy to share the home with our guests rather than have it sit vacant. We visit once or twice a year and do all the fun stuff that Sun City Grand and the city offers. In Telluride we like to ski, golf, bike and do home improvement projects. Thanks so much for considering our home!

This home met our needs and then some!! It is loaded with towels, linens, amazing kitchen wares and small appliances and plenty of outside furniture. It is close to amenities in Grand, and the great office kept us in touch with family. We enjoyed having the bike and all the sunshine from north/south makes the house so inviting. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as stated. The home is tastefully furnished and includes every amenity you can think of. I immediately felt at home. Facilities at Sun City Grand are terrific and easy access to the rest of the Valley.Owner was wonderful to work with.

What a delightful place; truly a home away from home. We loved the back yard especially the extended patio with the chaise lounges and water feature. Having a Den with excellent internet access was great because we travel with two computers. Loved the new big screen T.V. with comfortable living room furniture. The house was well equipped with lots of linens, a newer washer and dryer and lots of kitchen "stuff". Definately will be back. Hazel and Keith

Great house! Very clean and nicely furnished. The owner was easy to work with. The golf is very resonable, price wise, and the 4 courses are in great shape. Tennis groups are very active too. We enjoyed our stay!

Great home to rent! Exceptionally clean with all new home furnishings. We couldn't have asked for more. We were so impressed with Sun City Grand's amenities that we just purchased a home there ourselves after checking out real estate in both Phoenix and Tucson.
