Located directly on the beach, The Palms is a premier condominium property located in upscale Orange Beach. From the balcony you have a view of the beach-side pool, or you can look out along the horizon and watch dolphins jump and the sail boats glide by. The 10 X 24 balcony provides privacy for early morning coffee and in the evening, you can relax while watching the sun set over the sparkling, azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A private boardwalk invites you out to the famous sugar white sand beaches, where padded chaise lounges and umbrellas rentals are available (in season).
In addition to the beach-side pool, there is a heated pool located indoors to enjoy if the weather turns a little breezy. Down the steps you’ll find the fitness room with weight machine, stair step, and treadmill. After your swim or workout, reward yourself with a relaxing sauna. Elevated lighted tennis courts are available to you, as well as area to grill steaks and any fish that may have found their way onto your hook! For those with their own boat, there is convenient parking directly across the street.
This second story unit (1,375 sq. ft.) offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for family "get togethers", the dining room can seat 8-10, with additional seating on the balcony. The master and the second bedroom both have king sized beds, and the third has two double beds. All have TV’s, DVD and/or VCR, and clock radio. The large living area features a full view of the beach, TV, DVD and stereo. Hi Speed internet is provided at no additional charge. The décor is "relaxed island elegance", invoking an atmosphere of the French West Indies.
The Palms is situated in a prime location. Orange Beach has it all! Just a few short blocks take you to two large grocery stores, ABC store, restaurants, movie rentals, spas and shopping. The Riviera Outlet Mall offers great retail therapy for those occasional rainy afternoons. New to the area, The Wharf boasts an opportunity to swim with the dolphins and the amphitheater has concerts scheduled regularly. Down at Perdido Pass, there is a new area just for fisherman to take their pole and bring supper home. Marinas, glass bottom boats, chartered deep sea fishing, golf (big boy and miniature), Alabama Birding Trail, amusement parks and water theme parks are all just a few short minutes away.
