Our Luxurious Villa is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with 1,601 square feet of chic style & comfort. With an award winning 5-Star interior design, our accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wine glass cabinet, toaster oven w/ microwave. Our great room features a state-of-the-art 42" HD LCD TV with a DVD player, wireless internet, gas fireplace, travertine floors and a cozy sofa sleeper. Designed with comfort in mind, the master bedroom suite features a Cal-King bed, His-and-Hers sinks, 32" LCD TV with built in DVD, a balcony and a breath-taking view of the Lake and majestic hillside. Choose between bathing in a soothing tub or a separate stone-tile shower with down pouring rain style showerhead; you’ll find this Villa accommodates your greatest needs. Our 2nd & 3rd rooms include a generous Queen sized bed and 2 Twin beds, both featuring LCD TVs with DVD players and a grand view of the club house with vineyards lined up to the top.

Whether it’s relaxing poolside at the LaCasa Di Agio Community Club House or enjoying a stroll around the vineyards that decorate the countryside of the "V" community, it’s exploration and fun all rolled into one. VRBO Bear stayed here - 12/23/2007 VRBO Bear here! Greetings from Henderson, NV! My friends and I stayed in this GORGEOUS three-bedroom, two and a half-bath Lake Las Vegas condo, and it was perfect. The view of the golf course is amazing, and the condo has every detail a bear could ask for including a fireplace to warm my paws while I watched a movie on the LCD TV.

From the condo, we were just a short drive to The Strip and even closer to Sam Boyd Stadium – close enough to be a part of the fun without the lights and sounds to disturb our quiet time.

My friends and I had a 'beary' good time staying in this Las Vegas condo and recommend it to families and couples who want to get away and still enjoy the fun of Las Vegas!

We could not have been more pleased with the gorgeous, fully furnished accommodations that were immaculately clean,and offered spectacular views. Being in close proximity to the pools and gym was an added bonus. Renting from a very professional management team gave us comfort and security. Only a short drive from the strip, the grand arrival at this luxurous gated community felt as though we had entered a new world. The quiet scenic drive through the golf courses led us up to the peaceful, beautiful community. Lake Las Vegas has it all, and this townhouse really put the exclamation point on the vacation! We won't soon forget our early morning coffees on the sunny balcony over looking the lush green golf course below and wondering how our friends are managing with the cold weather back home. Without a doubt, this villa is the "big winner" in Vegas. John & Linda

  • Would recommend this unit for those wanting to see a different side of Vegas. It's close to shopping malls and supermarkets and to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. The views of the Strip at night are amazing. The unit itself was clean and in good condition. Tasteful contemporary furnishings with luxurious amenities: the shower and bath in the main bedroom are wonderful; the kitchen has the lot for a traveling chef, including a wine fridge! Great view of the lake from the unit too. Would definitely return to this villa.

  • My husband and I had our minimoon after our wedding in Vegas and we decided to stay away from the strip and instead stay somewhere at Lake Las Vegas. This home was well furnished and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. It was comfortable to stay in and ideal for a long Las Vegas stay. It's really close to Las Vegas, Henderson, Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Highly recommended.

It was very clean, with beautiful views from both balconies, quiet and close to the strip. Very helpful owners and we will be definitely staying there again!

  • Upon arrival, we were overwhelmed with the beauty of this luxury condo. The beautiful mural in the entrance gave it a nice touch of Tuscan elegance. It was professionally furnished and decorated with all the comforts of home. We couldn't have chosen a better place to relax in. The view of Lake Las Vega from the master bedroom's balcony was spectular. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all of our friends and family.
