The best location on Fripp Island ajacent to the Beach Club. Captain John Fripp Villa 343. Island center next door to the Beach Club. The ocean/beach is just 56 steps to the right... Pool is 21 steps to the left... Take your pick! This villa is in pristine condition. Recently totally refurbished w/new beds, furniture, furnishings,appliances, etc.
The bedding is very comfortable. The two bedrooms are upstairs. The ocean view master bedroom has a King Size bed. The second bedroom has 2 big double beds. Both bedrooms have a TV/VCR. These two bedrooms share a full tiled bath. The bath has ceramic tile and marble counters.
Downstairs, is a L-Z Boy queen-aero-bed sleeper sofa. There is a full tiled bath downstairs w/marble counter.. The entertainment center features a large Flat Panel TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo-CD. Great for those relaxing nights after a full day on the beach. Pets are NOT allowed and our villa has a NO smoking permitted policy.
There is plenty to do on Fripp Island. Sleep late or enjoy the beach,ride the bikes, take leisurely walks, cruise the Island in our four passenger cart where you can see the deer,alligators,butterflys,egrets, seagulls and all the wildlife in this sanctuary,and enjoy the private pool & grassy commons which affords a refreshing change from the ocean. With Your amenity card, you can enjoy any of the Fripp Island resturants, Beach Club, Bonito Boat House, or off island the Johnson Creek Tavern,SC National Golf Club or catch fresh crab and and eat on the shore--it is all waiting for you! We couldn't have been more pleased with the villa while we stayed on Fripp. It was so convenient to the pool and the beach. We could get up early and walk on the beach. When the kids got hungry or tired, it was such a short walk from the beach to the villa so they could rest a while. We used the bikes to ride on the paths and the kids especially loved riding in the golf cart. Several T.V.'s and VCR/DVD's was nice so they could watch different shows and movies. I loved the kitchen and A/C. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful place with us -hopefully we will be able to return one of these days!!

We had a great time at Fripp this week. The condo is beautiful inside and has a fantastic location. The pool is right outside your back door and the beach just a few steps away. The golf cart is a must if you stay in this condo. There are bikes for the guests to use also, which is a great way to get around and tour the island too. There are plenty of bike trails all over. The deer are so tame they will walk right up to you, we saw 10 together in a yard, at one time. We would recommend this condo and Fripp Island to anyone for a great vacation. Theresa Miles

Wow! What a week of fun. We really enjoyed all of the upgrades to the condo. It looks great. The weather could not have been better. The walks along the beach at dusk, rides in the golf cart and just hanging out by the pool are stuff of what dreams are made ok, all of this we got to enjoy. If only life could be like this everyday. Thanks for helping us have a GREAT vacation. We will be back!

This was the most delightful vacation that we have had in a long time. The villa was warm and decorated very nicely. Location, Location, Location is excellent with the beach & pool at your doorstep!!!!!! The wildlife, especially the deer, was gorgeous. We can not wait come back to Fripp Island again.

The property was simply wonderful! My sister-in-law wanted to spend time on the beach and she had plenty of time and plenty of beach! All of us enjoyed the area. It was our first visit to Fripp and the people, the property and the location made great memories that we will be talking about and remembering for a l-o-n-g time.

We spend the week of Aug. 23 - 30, 2003 in this beautiful condo. Everything is as stated: furnished new and comfortable; condo location is unsurpassed (ocean and pool at your doorstep); beautifully -- lightly touched -- developed island with wonderful bird, butterfly, deer, and etc. viewing opportunites; and the owners are professional and friendly. Perfect vacation for families. Renting the golf cart is a must! We had so much fun exploring on it. Thank you again! We want to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation in this very nice, newly redecorated villa. Owners are very cordial and professional, everything as advertised. Location can't be beat--beach is beautiful, pool is nice and fun. Fripp Island is a very nice and peaceful place to vacation.

My family and I rented this villa during the third week of May. The owners have completely updated this villa with new, quality furnishings. The villa is perfectly situated on a tropical courtyard between a pool and the beach. We have visited Fripp many times and we can recommend this villa highly. The Purcell Family
