Our almost new professionally decorated home is located in a quiet area that fronts a cross street perfect for the little ones to safely ride bikes. Ideal for multi-family use. 5 minute walk to the beach or 1 minute by golf cart. There is a golf cart available for rent by owner at $250/week. Our recent guests requested this option because they thought renting through Ocean Lakes was a hassle.

A beautiful Granite countertop and Maple cabinet kitchen offers an eat on bar and dining table for 6. Elevated deck has patio table and chairs. There is also a rattan couch, chair and ottoman with cushions for great relaxation. Ceiling fans in all major rooms as well as patio provides comfort throughout the home. All the bedrooms have a wall mounted flat panel TV with more than 75 channels including the basics plus ESPN, CNN, Disney,Nat Geo,Etc... The two twin bedrooms and the living room all have DVD players connected. All baths have 12x12 tile floors,granite tops w-undermount sinks. Master has 2 sinks and tumbled tile shower w-2 heads.

This homesite is private with adjoining yard left undeveloped by owner. This area is great for children to use tree swing, play badmitton etc. The lower area has a privacy fence at rear with picnic table and stainless gas grill. There is a private spacious outdoor hot water shower with double heads, one is on a flexible hose for washing the little ones without having to lift them. Cozy, comfortable outdoor patio furniture makes a great place for fun and relaxation.

  • We truly enjoyed our Ocean Lakes vacation at this home. It's in a great location - short trip by golf cart to beach and pool. Loved the layout and the owners were helpful with all our questions. We had two families staying and we had plenty of room for all 5 children and all four adults. You will be pleased with your stay at this home.

  • Our vacation experience at this Ocean Lakes house was the best our family has had by far. This new home's design and decor were wonderful, and the amenities and furnishings provided luxury and comfort for everyone. The kitchen, dinning, and living areas are spacious, and the extra large deck and yard allows for relaxation. The location is on a quiet road that is convenient to all. We will definitely return to this property as a most valued family vacation.

I have stayed at Ocean Lakes before and this was the best house I have stayed. We had 3 adults and 3 kids in the house and everyone had plenty room.

  • This is the Best Kept Secret at Ocean Lakes. The home is even more beautiful in person. Our family of 10 enjoyed all of the space and first class amenities. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is top notch and we felt very at home. It is our new favorite place to vacation! We can't wait to come back again next year. We give it 5 stars!
