The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The sound and view of the Ocean is beautiful, peaceful and awesome especially when the sun rises in the morning. It doesn't feel like a hotel room with the way we
finshed the unit yet you will feel that you are
on a real vacation when you are staying
there. Its peaceful yet there are so many
things to do. The swiming pools are just
great and fun for the family and you will find
they clean and well maintained. You have
to go there to beleive it.

Visited with grandchildren for a Junior Olympics event. Condo was just as advertised in listing. Clean and comfortable with nice view of beach and ocean. Kids very much enjoyed the pools and the beach. Location was very convenient and quiet...near airport and not right on the "strip". We enjoyed Angelo's Steak and Pasta restaurant, which is within a few blocks, with good food and also suitable for children.

Outstanding view, Great exercise facility, Lots of options for swimming, Quiet Local on Ocean side. This only leaves great area if you Love Real Fresh seafood and Love to cook it. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT THIS CONDO! LOVED THE LOCATION. CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE ATTRACTIONS YET FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM ALL OF THE CRAZINESS. CONDO WAS GREAT WITH GREAT OCEANFRONT VIEWS. COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT! WE GOT OUR REFUND BACK LIKE PROMISED. WE LOOK FORWARD TO HOPEFULLY BEING ABLE TO RENTING THIS UNIT WHENEVER WE RETURN MYRTLE BEACH!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort. The pools and the lazy river were great. The only problems we had were that the water pressure in the master BR was very low and the dryer wasn't working well all week. The owner was responsive to the dryer problem, but unfortunately for us it was not fixed during our stay.
Owner response:The dryer,s vent was filled with lint. We got it completely cleaned and it is working properly now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We just returned from our family vacation and had a great time! The kids loved the pools at the Grand Atlantic and we loved the location. The condo was perfect for us and exactly as described by Rufia. She was so easy to work with and we would definitely stay in this unit again. The property was clean and well maintained.

Had a wonderful time in this condo. It was everything the owner said. Clean and just like home. Has everything you will need for a great time in Myrtle Beach. Will definatly be calling her again when we come back to Myrtle Beach.

My family and I had a great time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very nice and clean. The only thing I recommend is:if you have physical issues, I suggest that you bring a pillow topper for the mattress on the king size bed may be to firm. The beautiful view can be seen from the living room or from the spacious balcony. We recommend that everyone go to Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing has something that the whole family will enjoy. There is plenty of shops with unique items, good places to eat, all in a beautiful and charming environment. Also, Alligator Adventure at Barefoot Landing has a lot to see besides alligators. Everyone will enjoy their visit and parents will especially like the price.

We stayed here for a week in the beginning of May and were overall very pleased. The condo was nicely decorated and right on the water. It was a little smaller than what the pictures showed, but we still had plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. There were several pools that my daughter especially enjoyed. The condo was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed access to Wi-Fi and several tv channels. We didn't have maid service, but there were plently of linens and a washer and dryer that we were able to use. They also included hand and dishsoap, and a few other cleaning supplies, (I wasn't sure what to expect and brought everything). There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but we did have to drive to get to a lot of places. Not a big deal since parking wasn't an issue. I only had a few complaints: 1)The beds and pillow were pretty uncomfortable. I forgot my pillow and had to purchase one while there. I thought the mattresses seemed very thin and hard, but my husband didn't seem to mind. 2) The heaters in the indoor pools kept breaking. Might not have been an issue later in the hot summer months, but since my toddler kept wanting to swim in the pools, the water was too cold and one day we had to use the pool at the resort next door. We thought it was very family friendly and a good deal. We would definitely consider staying here again.
