Experience total solitude and relaxation at this bright and comfortable log-sided cabin at the edge of the Mt. Hood National Forest, on the banks of Clear Creek and Little Clear Creek.
Enjoy the sound of rushing water from the large covered porch, or relax in the sun on the wide open deck. Cook a gourmet meal in one of the best-stocked kitchens you will find in a rental house. At night, relax in front of the satellite TV and large wood stove, or sit around the fire pit in rocking padded armchairs and talk, star-gaze, or roast marshmallows.
Many older rental cabins can be cramped and dark, and can feel dreary. The Red Relaxer is spacious and bright, with cathedral ceilings and lots of big windows. This house is not in a 'neighborhood' like Zigzag Village or Government Camp, where you would be surrounded by other houses with people and traffic going by. It's secluded on four wooded acres, accessible only via a private road. You won't see another soul around.
Nearly all the furniture in the house is new and modern. The great room has two overstuffed couches and a giant rocking armchair, all of which have built in recliners so your entire group can kick back in style. The satellite TV has a DVR recorder so you can pause live TV whenever you want.
