Located in the heart of Old Town Park City, there is no need for a car as you can walk everywhere, although we do provide two parking spaces. Wonderful private home, mature landscaping, watch the stars in the privacy of your outdoor hot tub. All that Old Town Park City's Main Street has to offer is only steps from the front door.
The main floor has a remodeled kitchen with granite countertops (Jenn-Air Full Range, Bosch dishwasher); a remodeled full bath, a private bedroom with a queen size bed and terrace doors to an outside deck/hot tub, and yard. The main floor also has a comfy living/dining area with a fireplace. The upper level is cozy, with two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, the other with two twin beds. A full bath with ceiling window is in the hallway between the two rooms, as well as a large closet. There is also an attached studio with bath and kitchen that can be included in the rental for an additional fee. Contact the owner for pricing.
This home is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, galleries, public library, the town lift, and ski runs. Ski down the Creole run for apre' ski either at one of the many restaurants or in the comfort of home!
