By renting with us, you will find yourself immersed in the heart of Panama City Beach. Centrally located, we are just steps away from the new Pier Park outdoor lifestyle center. The Calypso is also the closest beach complex to Frank Brown Park and the summer amphitheatre.
You'll find that this penthouse condominium level is special. The views across the beach and Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking! You'll also enjoy the privacy and the 10 foot ceiling height only found on the top floor condominiums. With the doors wide open, all you hear are the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves lapping on the beach below. It's the perfect retreat for a fabulous getaway!
We know you’ll be pleased with the sleeping arrangements for up to six people. You’ll find a private master bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed for the adults, and a spacious built in bunk bed area with new mattresses for the younger set. It’s always possible to pull out the queen sized sofa bed and spend a comfortable night dozing away when the light blocking draperies are pulled closed.
Your favorite quality appointments are found throughout the condominium. It is professionally furnished with decorator quality furniture, an upscale kitchen, and a lovely balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. You’ll find extras including luxury linens, designer faucets, granite countertops, six panel doors, and stainless steel appliances. We always continue to update our condominium to ensure the best standards are maintained.
When you're ready to leave the condo and venture downstairs, you'll find an exercise and vending area. On the pool deck you will see a new tiki bar with refreshments available, and two very large 175' free form pools. One of them is seasonally heated.
Out on the beach, you'll enjoy the convenient on site beach service where you can rent jet skis, parasail, take banana boat rides, and more. Included in your rental rate are two beach chairs and umbrella set up daily by the beach service company. This is a $25 to $30 savings per day. Wow!
When you're finished enjoying the fabulous beach and pools, you can head out to all of the great local restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby in Pier Park. You don’t even need a car!
If you prefer to stay in, relax in the condo and take in a DVD movie. Maybe you'd like to browse the internet on your laptop with our free high speed internet connection.

The decision to buy at the Calypso was an easy one. With all of the fabulous growth and upgrades going on in Panama City Beach, the Calypso still stood out. It has the best location on the beach right now. The Calypso has an easy going, yet elegant, feel to it. That is just how we like to vacation. We're sure you'll like it too!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our Calypso condominium has something for everyone. It is a penthouse condominium unit on the top floor. You truly have to experience the privacy and views that you have from there. It is just amazing! The top floor condominiums all have taller ceilings that the lower floors, and you never have neighbors above you. Many of our guests have commented that they will never stay on a lower floor again. The views are that spectacular!
A fantastic outdoor lifestyle center with restaurants, shopping and entertainment
The most beautiful beach in Panama City Beach. It is a must do for a true beach lover.
This park has many activities, but is mainly known for its softball and baseball tournaments
This summer amphitheater hosts many summer concerts and it is all within walking distance of the Calypso.
This is the best little town on 30-A. You'll find great restaurants and have a fun afternoon browsing the local shops. Don't forget the fudge and ice cream!
If you're looking for a full service beach with a little slower pace, check out Grayton Beach. It only costs a few dollars to enter, and it has nice restrooms and a picnic pavilion.

We truly enjoy all the area has to offer and work to keep our condominium maintained and comfortable for all of our future guests. We loved the condo! It was perfect.I have been visiting Panama City Beach for the last 20 years and I was a little concerned with being on the 23rd floor but now that I have stayed there I wouldn't visit Panama any other way. It is so peaceful at night on the patio. See you guys next summer!

My husband and I had an awesome stay. The location is superb as it is walking distance to Pier Park and has an amazing view of the sunset. Description of the location, layout, amenities, etc. is accurate. The condo was very clean, pool was warm, and other guests were friendly. Jennifer was great to work with. We hope to return in the future!

We have stayed in condos at Myrtle Beach and Destin, but Jen and Scott's is by far the best yet! We stayed Wed-Sat of Memorial weekend. Their unit was very clean and bright with a pastel tropical theme feeling "south of the border." Stocked with everything you could possibly need, their kitchen was the best supplied we've seen--can't imagine anything you'd need to bring. They provide beach chairs and toys, plus we were given 2 beach lounge chairs at no extra cost. Plenty of extra pillows and bedding were available. And of course, the penthouse view is breathtaking--literally. :) Right across the street is a HUGE outlet mall--Calypso is very conveniently located. Even though we may prefer Destin beaches, we will return to PCB just to stay in this condo again as it was close to perfect. Really! Thanks, Jen and Scott, for providing as close to a "home away from home" as possible.

This is a beautiful condo with a breathtaking view! I would, and have, recommended this condo to my friends and family. The condo owner was very helpful and attentive in making my reservations. We decided on a quick get-a-way on a Monday night and had reservations by Wednesday. I would love to stay in this same condo every time I visit PCB. Fantastic!!!

My husband, two children (ages 6 and 8), and I stayed at Calypso. It was spotless and had gorgeous views of the crystal clear water. The pools were great and the beach just steps away. The condo had everything we needed and the views were spectacular! We will definitely be returning to this condo. The owners were more than accommodating and responded to inquiries almost instantly. Wonderful place to take a family!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation! Jennifer and Scott are great to deal with. The view from the balcony is the best at the Calypso. We liked the decorations and the kitchen is well stocked. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo and very well maintained. Very cozy and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed every minute we were there. We were able to walk to Pier Park and enjoy the New Year's Eve activities. The view of the fireworks from the balcony was absolutely incredible. I really enjoyed working with Jennifer. She made the whole experience even more wonderful. It was very evident that she takes great pride in this condo and put her heart and soul into it.
