This was my first trip to Panama City Beach, FL, and definitely will not be my last. We chose Calypso because of it's location, and specifically chose this condo based on the pictures, reviews, and price. It was absolutely a wonderful choice. Condo is exactly as pictured, very clean, and has the best views! Owners were extremely easy to work with. My friend and I went for a girls getaway, and walked over to Pier Park at some point everyday. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to get away, and would definitely return in the future.

My husband and I had an awesome stay. The location is superb as it is walking distance to Pier Park and has an amazing view of the sunset. Description of the location, layout, amenities, etc. is accurate. The condo was very clean, pool was warm, and other guests were friendly. Jennifer was great to work with. We hope to return in the future!

This is a beautiful condo with a breathtaking view! I would, and have, recommended this condo to my friends and family. The condo owner was very helpful and attentive in making my reservations. We decided on a quick get-a-way on a Monday night and had reservations by Wednesday. I would love to stay in this same condo every time I visit PCB. Fantastic!!!

Calypso stay 8/13-8/20/11 Family of four

My husband, two children (ages 6 and 8), and I stayed at Calypso. It was spotless and had gorgeous views of the crystal clear water. The pools were great and the beach just steps away. The condo had everything we needed and the views were spectacular! We will definitely be returning to this condo. The owners were more than accommodating and responded to inquiries almost instantly. Wonderful place to take a family!

We have stayed in condos at Myrtle Beach and Destin, but Jen and Scott's is by far the best yet! We stayed Wed-Sat of Memorial weekend. Their unit was very clean and bright with a pastel tropical theme feeling "south of the border." Stocked with everything you could possibly need, their kitchen was the best supplied we've seen--can't imagine anything you'd need to bring. They provide beach chairs and toys, plus we were given 2 beach lounge chairs at no extra cost. Plenty of extra pillows and bedding were available. And of course, the penthouse view is breathtaking--literally. :) Right across the street is a HUGE outlet mall--Calypso is very conveniently located. Even though we may prefer Destin beaches, we will return to PCB just to stay in this condo again as it was close to perfect. Really! Thanks, Jen and Scott, for providing as close to a "home away from home" as possible.

Perfect Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation! Jennifer and Scott are great to deal with. The view from the balcony is the best at the Calypso. We liked the decorations and the kitchen is well stocked. The king bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

New Years Weekend at Soctt & Jennifer's Condo

Beautiful Condo and very well maintained. Very cozy and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed every minute we were there. We were able to walk to Pier Park and enjoy the New Year's Eve activities. The view of the fireworks from the balcony was absolutely incredible. I really enjoyed working with Jennifer. She made the whole experience even more wonderful. It was very evident that she takes great pride in this condo and put her heart and soul into it.

Renting this unit from Jennifer and Scott was easily the best and easiest experience we have ever had. The condo was very clean. Perfect layout for our needs. The view from 23rd floor cannot be described, it must be seen to truely appreciate. The whole Calypso property is very nice and well maintained. Being able to walk to Pier Park is another benefit. We will definately return and will encourage our friends and family to go as well.

Jen ~ We loved your condo! It was a perfect view from the 23rd floor. This unit met all our needs and it felt like home when we arrived. Don't be afraid to rent this unit. It's well worth the elevator ride up to the top! Jennifer is great to work with and will answer all your questions. The unit was clean, well supplied and THANKS FOR ALL THE TOWELS!!!! It was nice to have enough to go around for the 4 people in my party. I will rent again!

We loved the condo! It was perfect.I have been visiting Panama City Beach for the last 20 years and I was a little concerned with being on the 23rd floor but now that I have stayed there I wouldn't visit Panama any other way. It is so peaceful at night on the patio. See you guys next summer!

We have been to PCB several times, but I must say this was one of our favorite trips. Pier Park was great. We hardly ever got in our car during our trip. We ventured out our very last night for a delicious meal at Capt. Andersons. At Pier Park we ate twice at Reggae J’s, had ice cream every night, walked to Target, rode the kiddie train (3yr and mom), and even made pottery (make sure you check pick-up times since the process requires an overnight process). The accommodations were perfect – our 15 year old even liked the top bunk. Again, Great Trip!Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Your condo is beautiful and everything we needed was there. We are looking forward to going back to the beach next year and looking forward to staying at your condo again. Dear Logemann Family, This was by far, one of the BEST vacations we have had! Even though we were here during hurricane Gustav, we had an awesome time. This room is incredible! Thank you so much for sharing your home!We have loved being able to eat crab claws almost every night (we don’t have those in Memphis, TN). We have enjoyed both the fried and boiled crab claws at the Back Porch restaurant – they are both wonderful. This has been very relaxing and we are already planning to come back next year!

Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful time. We don't want to leave! The views and the beach are some of the best we've experienced. We must say the Calypso is the nicest and most happening place in this area. It was nice to be able to walk to Pier Park and shop and eat. We ate at 5 Guys Hamburgers and Bootleg Barbeque - both excellent! Of course we also tried both ice cream places and went to the candy shop two times. Your condo is furnished so nice and was perfect for our family of 5. We can't wait to go back!

Wow!! We have truly been to paradise for a week! Your place is so peaceful & serene. As much as we loved spending the days at the beach, it was always such a pleasure to return to our room. (Thank God for fast elevators.) As far as restaurants go, we went for fun & touristy; starting with Five Guys Hamburgers. We hit Pineapple Willys, Back Porch, Red Brick Pizza, Sharky's/touristy but so fun eating right on the beach) & Margaritaville for lunch (great fun)! My son & I parasailed - highly recommend (so smooth) & we visited Shell Island. (Saw several dolphins.) Thanks for this incredible experience!

Thankx for having us. It's been a blast. The kids and the wife loved the beach, (me too 1 hour at a time). I loved the eating, Captain Anderson's, Montego Bay, Shuck Ums, Boars Head. I recommend them all. For the next vacationer's - enjoy - if you've never been to Captain Anderson's, go, you will enjoy. Have a good time!

Our stay at the Calypso was incredible. The condo was so serene and relaxing. We were concerned prior to our stay about being on the 23rd floor,but ended up loving it!! The elevators were fast, we never waited more than a couple of minutes. It was great having the beach chairs/umbrella. We had a great view of everything. Even on the street side, we could see to Pier Park, which by the way we loved! Just a block away we had great food/shopping. I would definitely recommend this particular condo to anyone!! Check the availability calendar of this colorful, captivating condo, circle some dates, call for rates, grab your mate and go straight to the top of this new towered "Calypso Resort". We went right after "Spring Break" and it was sensational! The soft, seductive, sugar white sands. The tantalizing, tropical colored clear waters of the "Gulf". The clean beautiful beach and the view from the top of the tower Penthouse balcony, was just simply marvelous and mesmerizing. Thank you a bunch for sharing. We had a blast being beach bums! We stayed here for Spring Break 2008 and it was awesome. There was 5 of us, 3 were teenage girls, and it was perfect. The decorating and furnishings are very nice and extremely comfortable. The view is incredible. Having the two beach chairs was a huge benefit and value. This was our first time at Calypso and we loved it. The location is perfect. And this unit is the nicest we have rented anywhere. If you are going to PCB, this is the place to stay. Thanks for a great 2008 spring break. Suzanne Blazar

I stayed in this unit (family of 5) over spring break in 2007. It was wonderful, the views are amazing. I wasn't sure I would like being so high, but forgot that from the moment I stepped through the door and looked out. Wait till you hear the waves and see the water and skyline. Sitting on the balcony became a nightime ritual for us. The unit is pristine, everything was upscale and I found nothing lacking. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation, used the beach, pool, exercise area, etc. We really liked the fact we could walk to some of the restaurants and shops. It is a great location on the beach, very family friendly. I can hardly wait to return this year, although it won't be over spring break.
