Imperial River Retreat is a spacious riverfront home in a quiet neighborhood. It has terrazo floors, overhead fans in every room, a very large swimming pool and pool deck, a very large patio, fruit trees (bananas, oranges, limes), and lush tropical vegetation. The shady river is perfect for canoeing and fishing. The house is only minutes away from Bonita Beach, one of S.W. Florida's finest beaches. There is an endless list of tourist attractions in the area. Shopping centers are nearby, yet nature preserves are only minutes away. A typical day could include a morning art class, afternoon golf, a dip in the pool, and an evening at a dinner theatre.

Imperial River Retreat has two main bedrooms and baths on opposite ends of the house, affording total privacy. In between there is a very large "Florida room" that may be used as a sitting room or a sleeping porch. The large living/dining room opens onto the pool deck, the Florida room, the kitchen, and the master bedroom. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, and has a "breakfast nook." The laundry room is convenient to the master bedroom, and has a counter for folding clothes and lots of cabinet space. The double garage has ample space for two longer sedans, plus motorcycles or bikes, etc., and plenty of cabinet storage. The very large patio is perfect for tanning or dining out of doors. The pool and pool deck are screened.

Imperial River Retreat may be rented by the day (two night min.), week, or month.
Our rates are affordable year-round and NOT increased for the "season."
$185/night .. $1200/week .. $3500/month  (Longer periods are negotiable.)
Clean-up fee is $125, and sales and hotel taxes are additional.
A $300 security deposit is required.  (The security deposit is returned
within two weeks after departure if there is no damage or loss.)
Reservations require a one-third deposit, and the balance is due two weeks prior
