Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Our prices are divided in high and low season:
High Season: October 1st - April 30 = $85 nt.
Low Season: May 1 - September 30th = $70/nt.
1st payment: 50% deposit
2nd payment: 50% + $200 (refundable) damage deposit
3 nts minimum stay.

Year Purchased: 2007
When WE are looking around for a rental vacation home, we certainly like to
know more about the owners, so we can imagen that you would like to know
'about us' too! Okay then, here we go:
We are Jack & Astrid van der Lee, both born and raised in the Netherlands
and currently living nearby Calgary - Canada. Besides running our own marketing
company, we're raising the 2 best kids in the world. (Granted, we ARE a
little bit biased here!) Now, we heared them say that we're also the best
parents in the world, but we're pretty sure that has a lot to do with our
frequent trips to our condo in Manzanillo, Mexico...

It's been our dream to have 'our own place under the sun'.
And we feel very privileged to have found such a wonderful spot.
This vacation rental apartment has been renovated completely in 2008.
Its in a prime location in Manzanillo close to all the amenities and
it has an amazing view.

We had a fantastic time in Manzanillo and enjoyed every minute of our stay in your beautiful condo. Everything is exactly as it looks on your website. Each and every day was like a paradise with the ocean, the warm breezes and lots of sunshine. The radiant colors of the flowers everywhere, lush greenery and the sun glittering on the water were even more beautiful after leaving the snow and winter weather. Our first night in Manzanillo there was a large parade in observance of Lent. We were lucky enough to ride in the parade with the Puerto Las Hadas condo owners and pass out candy to thousands of people lining the streets for miles. The smiling faces and "high fives" made us feel welcome. Each night was a new and exciting restaurant with delicious meals. Everywhere we went we met so many awesome Mexican people and they were happy, friendly and loved the "Gringo's". Many thanks again for sharing your Manzanillo condo so others can enjoy the beauty of the area. We plan to come back again.

Hi Astrid, Sorry for the late response but I would like to say we sincerely had the best vacation we have ever had while staying in your condo. The entire area is extremely beautiful, the people superbly friendly and the weather fantastic. Once we arrived at Las Hadas we were in awe. The setting is something out of a postcard and we couldn't believe how gorgeous your view is. Once we walked in the front door of your condo we felt quite at home. Everything was clean, in order and we knew that we had to cherish every minute of our stay. I must admit my personal favorite thing to do was to get up in the morning and enjoy the view off of your balcony. Thanks so much for having us and we look forward to more frequent trips. We even discussed coming back in the Fall so I am hoping :) Thanks again and we will be in touch.
