This is a beautifully decorated first floor waterfront unit at Baywatch Condominiums on Pensacola Beach. Located right next to the stairs, this unit provides quick and easy access to the wonderful sandy beach and pier. The complex is perfect for families with children since it is located on the sound. The water is shallow for great swimming and all kinds of water activities. There is a newly renovated pool and a boardwalk over a lake in the middle of the property. It's a quick walk over to the gulf side of the beach.
This condo is completely renovated with a new kitchen, baths (including a large walk-in marble shower in the master bath), new paint, furniture, and the most unbelievable views from the balcony. You will definitely enjoy your stay here and be glad you chose this premiere Baywatch unit.
