After your round of golf on this championship par 72 resort course, you can take a 12 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs where you will find the best of everything the desert has to offer, including a wide selection of dining choices, shopping, live theater and even Indian style gambling resorts.
See local wildlife in a natural setting at the "Living Desert". Take the world famous "Palm Springs Tramway" to the top of Mount San Jacinto for spectacular views of the desert valley. Or, for the more adventurous, take a 90 minute drive into Orange County and spend a day at Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm. There is even snow skiing nearby at Big Bear mountain (if you miss the cold weather).
In the evening, enjoy sunset and a warm breeze with a Bar-B-Que on the patio using our large natural gas grill.
The weather from November to April is generally ideal with highs in the 70's and lows in the 50's. Just outside of this plush gated community, you will find grocery stores, movie theaters, fast food and sit down dining as well as every major chain store.

Cancellations made between 60 and 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within the 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT!

Sue and I purchased this lovely condo initially as an investment but found ourselves coming out from Orange County nearly every weekend to enjoy the magnificent golf course and our new found friends at The Desert Princess Country Club, the best property in the valley.
Beautiful walks and sunsets, a vibrant downtown and more dining options than we could ever hope to enjoy, in the end we decided to stop being "weekenders", purchased a home and moved out here permanantly in 2007.
