**New outdoor hot tub at the Red Pine clubhouse, and a heated outdoor pool, also just a 100 yards away!!**
Warm, comfortable, non-smoking and spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath tri-level town house, located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort (largest resort in Utah, 5th largest in the US). Our unit was just remodeled during the summer of 2007 and offers two cozy fireplaces.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor with queen beds in each and TVs and kitchenettes. The larger also has a twin rollaway. The second floor bedroom has a day bed with a pull out. The master bedroom on the third floor has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a full bath. The unit will comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. If that is not enough, there is plenty of room for sleeping bags. Total square footage of the unit is 2196.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Uinta and Wasatch mountains from the private deck. There is a covered carport, with two reserved parking spots and additional parking nearby. We are only 6 units down from the clubhouse, which has an outdoor pool heated to 100 degrees. There is also a sauna and an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi. It's so close that we walk over in our bathrobes after skiing!
A free shuttle service leaving every 30 minutes to Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons is a 1 minute walk away. (Leaving on the hour and half hour). It is a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift which takes you directly to The Canyons base village. There is a great sledding area on the grounds.
The Red Pine complex consists of 19.5 acres and has over 400 pine trees throughout the property. The 2196 sq. ft. town house is at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort. This was the home of the 2002 Winter Olympic hosts of NBC's "The Today Show".
Main Street Park City is only 3 miles away, with over 100 restaurants and nightclubs, a wide variety of art galleries and boutiques. The off season activities are abundant! Autumn Aloft, Hot Air Balloon Festival, 2002 Olympic venues, the Provo river for rafting and fly fishing, the Jordanelle and Deer Creek Lakes for boating and fishing, not to mention great biking, hiking and fabulous golf courses!
Mountain bikers will be in heaven, with some of the best trails in the world starting right out the door. You can even take your bike on the gondola to save your energy for the thrilling descent!

Why the Owner Chose Red Pine
We love this house, which we found to be perfect for a large family or a group of friends. It is made for vacationing with much of the space devoted to bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone has there privacy and space. The clubhouse, only a few steps away, is great for after skiing in the winter or for spending long lazy summer afternoons reading by the pool. For skiing it is an easy walk down to the base of the cabriolet lift and at the end of the day an easy walk down from the resort village – downhill both ways! The location is perfect, quiet yet close to everything. We are from the coast and never thought we would own a home in Utah – but Park City is a special place – we know you will think so too!

The greatest snow on earth in the winter and perfect sunny days in the summer. There is more to do here then you could every get to in a week no matter when you come, so relax with a book and slow down like we do. You will never want to leave.
This is where the base lift begins. In the summer the lot is home to the Farmers Market.

We have three young children and we love spending time together in this home. We travel a lot and we were sold on the home's close proximity to Salt Lake International Airport – a real 35 minute drive. We are avid skiers and we enjoy the easy access to the slopes. We came to Park City for the greatest snow, which it really is, but we fell in love with the summers. We hope you love it as much as we do!

I stayed at this property during ski season with a group of 8 friends, and it was a wonderful stay! This property is impeccably maintained, and each of the rooms is cozy and comfortable. Moreover, the owner, Dion, was a pleasure to deal with - she made sure the transaction was seamless and easy. She was also extremely helpful with questions I had about the area, things to do, etc. We had a great vacation!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car.

My family and I found this place very convenient-we walked to the ski lift, the Canyons's village, and it' just down from the pools/hottubs. Also-it's right on the bus line to the other ski resorts in town. It's a really comfortable stay, great layout and we had everything we needed and plenty of room. Highly recommend!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This townhouse in The Canyons was absoultely awesome! Great value for the price! It was perfect for my large family and some additional friends with the four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The unit was very clean, well maintained, and the Clubhouse was awesome. This was the second time I stayed at this unit-we also rented it in the winter and it was perfect for us! I would highly recommend this place to a large group-two small families, or a group of friends who all want a private bedroom/bath. I will definitely stay again.
