Room to relax after day of Skiing - Winter Park, Colorado Lodging Spacious vacation rental. One of the largest units in Hi Country Haus. Comfortably sleeps six to eight people The kitchen has been updated and has everything for large family dinners. Plenty of room to lounge around after a great day of skiing or bike riding. Bus stop to Winter Park and Mary Jane next to condominium. The clubhouse and pool are also near by. Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand and Grand Lakes 20 minutes away. Great Colorado hiking near by "fourteeners" within an hour drive. Near excellent mountain bike trails and local race series. Essential Information: * One queen bed in master bedroom with private bath * One queen in second bedroom * Bunk beds in third bedroom Kitchen is stocked with utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans. Dishes for ten, wine glasses and coffee cups, kitchen and table linens. If you are planning a large group, we have access to other rentals in the building. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT. Fees and payment: We accept PayPal or checks if booking three weeks out. Half payment to reserve outside of 30 days. Payment in full if within 30 days. We require refundable $350 deposit that is returned at end of rental and once property is cleaned. One night free if staying more than 5 nights. Cleaning fee of $90 for rentals two nights or less. We offer last minute deals and airline rates (call for pricing). Enjoy our mountain get away home.
