Two Bedroom , Two Bathrooms Beautiful remodel done in December 2011 Bright and airy with great views from the lounge and lanai of the Inland waterways and marina.The condo has new tile in the lounge ,dining room and kitchen and new carpets in the bedrooms.There is a 32inch flat screen tv in the lounge and second tv in the master bedroom.New patio furniture and inside dining furniture. A new Kingsize mattress for 2012 was added.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator ,micro wave , new dishwasher and stove.The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet with mirrored doors. Master Bathroom has been remodelled with a walk in shower for 2012. Second bedroom with twin beds and mirrored closets.Fully equipped with beach items, chairs,beach towels, tennis rackets etc (we are also close by to help with any queries you may have or extras you may need.
We have been in the vacation business all of our lives and we are happy to advise on activities eg.,restaurants,fishing trips,horse back riding and all the fun things available for all to do in our Paradise in the Sun.

We have updated the condo every year and for 2012 we have added a walk-in shower in the master bathroom.New outside patio and inside dining furniture. Year Purchased: 2004
Hi my name is Sue Wade and my husband Fred and I own the condo. We live on the Key so weare available a lot of the time to showyou into the condo and familarize you with everything and advise on restaurants were to go etc. If there is a problem at all in the condo we are ready to help and put it wright.We are very active boaters watersking and sailing are our hobbies. Our daughter has a horse farm in the area and we like to help out when we can. We also love to snow ski and we go away a little in the winters to do that.
We like to keep the condo in great condition and we have a lot of returning guests which I think is always a good thing. This year we are hoping to put in a walk in shower and do some further updates. We hope to see you all again soon, take care and have fun in the sun and dont forget to wear yoursun screen.

As this was my first experience with condo rentals, I was somewhat hesitant, until my first interaction with Sue (the owner). She was very helpful and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. The owner made the entire process very easy and was available on short notice for our check-in and during our stay. Although the building lobby is somewhat dated, this unit more than makes up for it! This unit is comfortable and stylish. This truly gave us the feeling of home while we were away. We loved all the extras included for a day at the beach, as we would have been ill-prepared on our first beach vacation. My boys loved the buckets and shovels for the sand and the boogie boards for catching some waves. We also were pleased to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. We made good use of all the extras offered with the building, including the fitness room, pool, tennis courts and BBQ grills. It was one of the most relaxing family vacations yet! We will definitely be returning in the future.

We highly recommend this condo for your Siesta Key vacation. The owners were EXTREMELY helpful and anxious to help us in any way they could. Because the owners live close by, it makes it easier for any problems to be resolved in a timely fashion. We have stayed in Siesta Key the last two years and this accommodation by far is the best value- wise and the cleanliness made us feel like we were at home. We will highly recommend this particular unit to any of our friends who are considering a trip to Siesta Key.

This property has everything needed for a great vacation. We have stayed here on two occasions and will definitely stay again in the future (hopefully next year). It is close to everything we needed - beach, Siesta Key Village with its great restaurants and shopping. The unit is clean and well maintained and the owners are a stone's throw away if you have to contact them. We love sitting by the Bay reading and watching the dolphins swim by - so peaceful. Highly recommended.

I stayed here the whole month of July with my two children and had the best summer! We were close to the beach, shopping, museums, and downtown Siesta Key. The condo was fully furnished, clean and even had water toys for my kids. The owners were great. We loved it and will plan to stay again. What a great time. Lyn
