Ginger & Palm Suite, Villa L109 at Wailea Beach Villas, is a brand new luxury 4 bedroom vacation residence that can be rented in combination with M311 Sea View Sanctuary to receive one free night for both villas! Sea View Sanctuary is a very classy and elegantly furnished 3 bedroom ocean view villa that is located near L109 Ginger & Palm Suite. The free night promotion for L109 and M311 as a joint rental applies to reservations of 7 nights or longer.
A full array of upscale appliances are stocked along with two refrigerators, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, and plenty of service ware. Plenty of other useful amenities are provided for you including high speed wireless and hard-wired internet service, two line phones, no-charge local calls, unlimited no-charge domestic long distance calls, a fax/printer/scanner/copier, an office work space, surround sound stereo, an iPod dock, and entertainment systems in all rooms including a 52-inch flat panel HD LCD televisions with DVD and surround sound in the great room. This will be a luxurious accommodation available for your vacation at a very reasonable price.
There is a master bedroom with a king bed, a queen murphy bed, and two more bedrooms that can be made up either as king beds or with two pairs of extra-long twin beds (total 4 twins). The flexibility with bedding configurations offered in Ginger & Palm offers maximum flexibility.
Ginger & Palm Suite has a distinctly spacious residential ambiance, with rooms branching off in different directions from the main living area and entry foyer. This uniquely angled floor plan is one of our favorites. The great room floor to ceiling glass doors fully pocket to reveal a spacious covered terrace with room for an eight person patio dining table. Afternoon sunlight and sunsets filter through the pretty decorative plantings to create an intimate and secluded feeling.

We absolutely loved our stay at Wailea Beach Villas. It was a universally held view that we should have extended our stay at L109 Ginger and Palm. Also I have a good friend at work who is planning to stay on Maui in August and I have recommended this place as the only place to stay on the island if you really want to spoil yourself. The bed in the master bedrooms was incredibly comfortable. It was so comfortable I may want to duplicate it in our master. Thanks again for all your wonderful support prior to and during our stay. I can say that without exception it was the best vacation we have experienced.

She did the grocery shopping and went way above even our heightened expectations. It was amazing. I am a very organized and structured person and evidently Jennie is too. We've stayed in many hotels and resorts on Maui but by far Ginger and Palm Suite L109 managed by Tropical Villa Vacations exceeds our expectations and this spacious and beautifully designed family-style home is perfect for us. I love the 4 post Hawaiian King bed and my husband loves the comfortable couch and surround-sound TV for football and movies.
