Our house is brand new. It is very colorful and well designed. All the rooms and the living spaces are large, spacious, and can accommodate large groups of friends or large family like ours. It is very open and always fresh with a light breeze that rises from the ocean.
Every room is air conditioned and has large patio doors that open to a breathtaking oceanview, with either the pool deck or to a private balcony.
The roof is covered with a blue tile copola that allows you to linger in the shade and rest during the day or in the evening.
The front of the house faces the sun while it is setting in the ocean, and the back of the house has a jungle view.
In winter, you can watch the whales passing by.
