We were so pleasantly surprised when we first visited the Ocotillo Golf Resort community in Chandler. We had looked at many homes for sale in Scottsdale and surrounding areas and when we drove around Ocotillo and saw the beautiful golf course, waterways, and lush green lawns, we knew we'd found our dream vacation location. My husband took one look at the lush backyard landscaping, the pebbletec pool and views from the veranda of this home and said, "This is it! No need to look further!" We got a surprise bonus when we realized that the location was perfect for us; so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and close proximity to freeways to get around the city.

I may be repeating myself, but I just can't say enough about the beautiful views we have of the Ocotillo golf course and waterways. My husband and I will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary this year. We have two adult children and two grandchildren that bring so much joy to our lives. We enjoy traveling and gardening. My wife and I, along with two other couples, recently completed a one week stay at this lovely home. It is very well maintained and appointed with furniture and electronic equipment that you would not expect to find in a typical vacation rental. We enjoyed being in the home such that we did not eat out a lot, choosing instead to barbecue or prepare meals in the kitchen and dine on the outside patio. If we needed a specific utensil or implement it was usually just a matter of looking through the drawers and finding it. If you do choose to dine out, the home is very close to a number of restaurants for all tastes. The home is located in a neighborhood that is very quiet and you hear very little from the golf course.....a peaceful setting. The fire pit was enjoyable on the cool evenings and the pool in the backyard is beautiful.

I have been renting vacation homes in the US for over 10 years and this was the best I have stayed in! Things we particularly liked about your home: The den and family areas were great - plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The garden and pool were lovely with great views of the golf course and canals. The BBQ being built in was very convenient - no gas bottles to struggle with and replace! Well equipped kitchen with all the essentials - you would not believe how many small frying pans I have bought over the years! Access to PC - we were able to check on our flights and other essential information. A particularly high standard of decor and maintenance - you obviously care about your home and have spent time and money on this property. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay again if we return to Chandler.
