Why the Owner Chose Chandler
We were so pleasantly surprised when we first visited the Ocotillo Golf Resort community in Chandler. We had looked at many homes for sale in Scottsdale and surrounding areas and when we drove around Ocotillo and saw the beautiful golf course, waterways, and lush green lawns, we knew we'd found our dream vacation location. My husband took one look at the lush backyard landscaping, the pebbletec pool and views from the veranda of this home and said, "This is it! No need to look further!" We got a surprise bonus when we realized that the location was perfect for us; so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and close proximity to freeways to get around the city.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I may be repeating myself, but I just can't say enough about the beautiful views we have of the Ocotillo golf course and waterways. The huge benefit for Ocotillo residents is the deep golf discount that we're entitled to and can pass on to our guests. Walking throughout our community is beautiful; conveniently located within walking distance to a new Fresh & Easy grocer, restaurants, and tennis courts. Lastly, our home is professionally decorated and luxuriously furnished with all the amenities you could possibly want.

My husband and I will celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary this year. We have two adult children and two grandchildren that bring so much joy to our lives. We enjoy traveling and gardening. 3 couples can easily share this beautiful, clean and well maintained home. Great place for sitting by the pool with a good book, as well as entertaining on the patio. In the evenings, we enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit. Ideal location with incredible discount at Ocotillo Golf Course. Our crew was impressed with the friendly staff at the course. Wonderful home to enjoy friends, golf and sun!

Oh what a beautiful home you have! We had a wonderful time here. The weather couldn't have been better. What made it nicer was that in Denver, there was a blizzard. We shopped, played golf and at night just sat around here and played games. We also sat by the fire a few nights. We hate to leave, but we will return some day. Thank you so much. Thank you and your beautiful home! My wife, son and I had a wonderful time in Chandler last week. I had to work three days out of the week, so the wireless is definitely a must and it worked great. We loved your house decor. It's very tasteful and functional. We used your beautiful pool every day, and was my son's favorite of course. Saturday, my Phoenix friend and his wife came by and we barbequed in the backyard. They were fully surprised by "our residence" at Ocotillo. I played a couple rounds of golf at Ocotillo golf course and nearby Oakwood golf course in the early mornings and have an eagle and fond memories to treasure. While my wife went shopping, I took George to Gameworks and The Oasis at Arizona Grand Resort, we had a great time. WE absolutely loved our stay at your beautifully appointed abode. The place was spotless and the decor was top notch. We loved the fire pit in the evening as our wind down area. Great spot for sure. We used the BBQ and had a couple of well cooked (I'm the cook..haha) meals there and enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere as we dined. The little extra touches like savings key tags for local stores was a thoughtful and handy idea. There is lots of room in this home. The master has a huge walk in closet (the size of a small bedroom), a two sink master bath with a tub and seperate glass shower. I almost got lost in there. THere are lots of other great things about the condo that you can read about on their description. To sum it up...I'd highly recommend this as a home away from home.
