The golf was great - I managed to sneak in 3 rounds. We enjoyed the bar b q and our granddaughter even talked us into using the fire pit one evening to make s'mores (in 90 degree heat). SO Much More Than A Hotel

We enjoyed staying in your home SO much more than a hotel or resort! It was so nice to have our whole family together and the amount of space worked out perfectly for the 7 of us!! My boys LOVED the pool and swam their little hearts out all week even though the rest of us were content to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. They were so excited that you had puzzles and games and took advantage of those. My 7 year old was most amused that you have Direct TV just like we do at home, and he could find "his" channels with ease. Most importantly of all, it was a great place to have our family together and be so close to my brother's. You were right, it was just down the street and we were able to visit with him and pick him up to go to dinner without it being far at all! I got to know the neighborhood pretty well during my morning walks and it was such a nice place to stay, I can't imagine staying anywhere else next time we visit. When we were first planning our visit, my mom wanted to rent a home, and I wanted to make reservations at the Marriott in Scottsdale. This is one case where mom knows best....we made the better choice by staying at your home! You have everything one would need while staying there. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. The directions and labels you had were very helpful as well. We used your binder several times to find restaurants and plan some day trips. We took your advice on everything from grocery stores to walking paths and you helped to make our stay a great one. Everything was extremely clean and very well kept (which is hard to accomplish with me...I am a severe neat freak!!) You have many additional items at the house that we wouldn't get at a resort, such as the bikes, the floats for the kids, and all of the extra space. Your home is beautiful and we felt so at home. Thank you also for your prompt reply when we arrived earlier than planned and also when we had a question about the pool lights. That was very much appreciated!! Carrie M.

We had a wonderful time. The house is perfect and we felt at home immediately. Also enjoyed the neighborhood and we made good use of the bikes! Thank you and your beautiful home! My wife, son and I had a wonderful time in Chandler last week. I had to work three days out of the week, so the wireless is definitely a must and it worked great. We loved your house decor. It's very tasteful and functional. We used your beautiful pool every day, and was my son's favorite of course. Saturday, my Phoenix friend and his wife came by and we barbequed in the backyard. They were fully surprised by "our residence" at Ocotillo. I played a couple rounds of golf at Ocotillo golf course and nearby Oakwood golf course in the early mornings and have an eagle and fond memories to treasure. While my wife went shopping, I took George to Gameworks and The Oasis at Arizona Grand Resort, we had a great time. WE absolutely loved our stay at your beautifully appointed abode. The place was spotless and the decor was top notch. We loved the fire pit in the evening as our wind down area. Great spot for sure. We used the BBQ and had a couple of well cooked (I'm the cook..haha) meals there and enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere as we dined. The little extra touches like savings key tags for local stores was a thoughtful and handy idea. There is lots of room in this home. The master has a huge walk in closet (the size of a small bedroom), a two sink master bath with a tub and seperate glass shower. I almost got lost in there. THere are lots of other great things about the condo that you can read about on their description. To sum it up...I'd highly recommend this as a home away from home.

This is a beautiful home loaded with lots of 'attractive nuisences" for children. If you bring children, plan on spending an hour or so moving all the vases, ornaments, etcetera which cover every table, dresser and bathroom vanity to a closet or the garage. The dining room chairs are white silk and the kitchen chairs are upholstered. When we stayed I covered everything with towels, which was a burden. The family room sofa is very light beige leather and although it's stained and there are buttons missing, I still covered it with towels, so the kids wouldn't make it worse. The third 'bedroom' is actually a small office with a pull out bed off the downstairs hall. The owners are very nice, but , although it was just my husband and I, the owner knew that my grandchildren would be visiting. I would not stay here again and would not have stayed the first time had I known that it was not 'child friendly' at all. Great for adults.

Susan is always happy to do so and has in the past without hesitation. We are reminded often that our upscale furnishings and accessories truly enhance our guest's experience, but I understand your point. We recently stayed a month at this lovely home. Being early May it was getting very hot so having the pool and the shaded patio made it very enjoyable. Having the option to bbq and dine outside made our month stay like having our home away from home. When the cook got tired there was an overwhelming choice of restaurants over at the Chandler Fashion Mall. The best Mexican food we have had we found over at the old Chandler district - Zocalos. The home was clean with everything needed in the kitchen. Having the cable tv/internet access was great. Also two bicycles made for a great way to tour the area. Joann provided all the answers to any questions we had and in the home is a very comprehensive guide to the home, the neighbourhood and the Phoenix area. We definately home to return and would recommend this home to friends.

It is very well maintained and appointed with furniture and electronic equipment that you would not expect to find in a typical vacation rental. We enjoyed being in the home such that we did not eat out a lot, choosing instead to barbecue or prepare meals in the kitchen and dine on the outside patio. If we needed a specific utensil or implement it was usually just a matter of looking through the drawers and finding it. If you do choose to dine out, the home is very close to a number of restaurants for all tastes. The home is located in a neighborhood that is very quiet and you hear very little from the golf course.....a peaceful setting. The fire pit was enjoyable on the cool evenings and the pool in the backyard is beautiful.

We have been staying in vacation homes for a number of years and have yet to find a home as clean, luxuriously furnished and upscale as your rental home. Every morning we would get up, make coffee and sit on the upstairs veranda overlooking the golf course and water canals. My wife was thoroughly entertained by the golfers and birdwatching. Listening to the calming sounds of the waterfall and sitting around the firepit at night was a highlight of your outdoor oasis. You have truly gone out of your way to furnish every possible amenity in your vacation home. We typically vacation in Scottsdale but will most definitely return to Chandler and your lovely home again soon. As your ad states, the location and views ARE absolutely unbeatable! 3 couples can easily share this beautiful, clean and well maintained home. Great place for sitting by the pool with a good book, as well as entertaining on the patio. In the evenings, we enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit. Ideal location with incredible discount at Ocotillo Golf Course. Our crew was impressed with the friendly staff at the course. What a relaxing 2 weeks we had! Thank you for sharing the convenience of your home. We loved the convenience of the pool, comfort of two large family rooms and closeness to restaurants and stores. Your home was "our home" as we enjoyed travelling to The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Slide Rock Park, Flagstaff and Scottsdale. Our youngest enjoyed numerous minor league baseball games. Our middle child relaxed with surround sound on the couch. Our oldest worshipped the sun while reading by the pool. How peaceful the backyard is in the early morning with a fresh cup of coffee. I have been renting vacation homes in the US for over 10 years and this was the best I have stayed in! Things we particularly liked about your home: The den and family areas were great - plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The garden and pool were lovely with great views of the golf course and canals. The BBQ being built in was very convenient - no gas bottles to struggle with and replace! Well equipped kitchen with all the essentials - you would not believe how many small frying pans I have bought over the years! Access to PC - we were able to check on our flights and other essential information. A particularly high standard of decor and maintenance - you obviously care about your home and have spent time and money on this property. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay again if we return to Chandler.

Jim and I can not think of a thing that would improve your Chandler vacation home. The weather was perfect so we were outside except when we slept. Your covered patio and upstairs veranda with the fabulous views and comfortable springy chairs got a serious workout. We especially appreciated your "information" binder. Your home in Chandler was even better than the photos on VRBO! We were so pleased to have such a lovely place to stay while exploring the area. My mother, who is vacationing there for a few months was quite taken with your home and was a little jealous, as the home she rented didn't come close to the same ambiance inside or out. We stayed in this lovely home for the month of January. It was an excellent place to spend time away from the cold of winter. The house is well designed for entertaining and relaxing. The family rooms are well equiped with a full range of audio visual facilities. The formal dining room proved useful when we had house guests. The landscaping, which includes a beautiful pool and outdoor cooking facilities, abuts the beautiful Ocotillo golf course. Finally...the location is so convenient to shopping, sight-seeing,dining and all of the Phoenix area. We loved sharing this house with the owners!

Thanks for letting us use this oasis in the desert. We were only here for a short stay but wished it could have been much longer.
