Great water views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Heated pool, fenced yard and 46 feet of concrete deep water dockage. Electric, water and fish cleaning station at the dock. Gas dock, boat ramp, boat rentals and dive shop located on the same canal for easy fills. (2) car garage to keep your vehicles out of the sun. Great access to the Atlantic or the Gulf through Vaca Cut. Sunset Park is just a quick walk or bike ride.

Paved driveway and deck area around the pool. Terrific Keys deli next door that makes a great breakfast. Walk to Sparky's Landing for a snack and cocktail. Stroll over to Charter Boat row and see the catch of the day or jump on a boat and go fishing. For fine dining walk to Key Colony Inn or for a more casual setting to Cabana Breezes on the water. This home is very conveniently located to all the amenities on the island.
