Third house from the ocean beach with off street-parking. Lifeguard protected beach (during Summer season) at end of lane. Across the boulevard from the Harvey Cedars Marina and Harvest Cove. One block from Sunset Park with tennis, basketball, fishing pier, kiddie playground, art and craft shows, entertainment etc. A few blocks from a lifeguard protected bay beach suitable for young children
Sparkling clean downstairs unit consists of a great room with a fully-equipped newly renovated kitchen, dining and living room areas. Three bedrooms: master with queen-sized bed, TV and private 1/2 bath. Others contain 2 twin beds each. Full bath contains tub/shower, etc. and there is a private outside shower. Premises have a shared laundry room with an over-sized washer and dryer. The unit has its own controllable central air-conditioning unit and in addition, each room has a ceiling fan. Apartment has a large partially-shaded 545 square foot wrap-around deck with dining table, lounge chairs, and Weber gas grill.
Tenants are expected to supply their own bed linen, towels and beach chairs.
Non-smoking premises and no pets are allowed.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1999
While we originally owned the property with partners since 1971, we bought them out in 1999 when we completely renovated the property. Every year we've upgraded the downstairs unit, and currently we're replacing the kitchen cabinets, floors and certain appliances.
We maintain the upstairs unit for our own use, and are there throughout the rental season to oversee the needs of our tenants, and to take care of any problems that may arise.
Why the Owner Chose Harvey Cedars
We've always loved the Jersey Shore, and particularly the fresh, allergy free breezes that blow in off the ocean. The property is only steps away from a beautiful white sand beach, which is life guard protected from June into September. It is also located very close to Barnegat Bay, where there are small boat rentals available, fishing docks, etc.
