Surfside Resort is Destin's exciting high-rise resort, adjacent to Seascape Golf Course. Located directly across the street from the beach, this high-rise property has an attractive sky bridge which connects the pool deck over the highway, to the sugar-white, ultra find sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
This newly updated 2 bed/ 2 bath condo has direct access to the beach! Located on the fourth floor of this building, you and your guests have the ability to see the tennis courts, the tiki bar, the beach, and the pools right from your wrap around deck and windows! The Living room includes a sofa/sleeper if needed. We have a washer-dryer and feature a safe. In the master bedroom, there is a king bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The fully stocked updated kitchen has everything you need to put on a entertaining meal. Each room has it’s own door to the large deck with ocean view. The décor throughout the property hosts a “Tommy Bahama” feel, with rich warm colors and textures. You will feel like you are on vacation without even leaving the condo!
Special amenities include volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, picnic area, meeting room, on-site laundry facilities, Fitness room, complimentary high-speed Internet, covered parking and courtesy patrol. FAX and wake-up services available.
The city of Destin is about 2 miles West with ample shopping, golfing, and eating. There are golf courses either at Seascape next door or in Sandestin, which is about 1 mile to the East. Sandestin boasts four world-class golf courses where the Boeing PGA Golf Tournament has been held. There are a multitude of restaurants to choose from, many of which are right on the beach! You also are just around the corner from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, the world’s largest designer outlet mall, Destin Commons, Rave Motion Pictures, Bass Pro, Big Kahunas water park, Deep Sea Fishing, Gulfarium and more! There is plenty for all ages to enjoy while staying at our Condo!
