  This house is absolutely beautiful, my sorority sisters and I had such a great time! The home owners are great people and very flexible and understanding. I would highly recommend staying at Over the Top!

  My in-laws were really impressed with the property. They were at times speechless at the views and the amenities (closeness to the beach and ocean views). This was their first time ever to a beach and they had an awesome time. Thanks for letting us have a great time with the family at your beach house! Thanks for the donuts as well, they tasted great! It was very nice meeting you and your family! Hope to see you all next time for a bigger family reunion!

  The name says it all; this place is really over the top. The bedrooms are more than generous in space and beds VERY comfortable, very nice master baths and the kids loved the bunk beds. There is ample seating both inside and out. We enjoyed eating lunch by the pool as well as having nice family dinners inside in the evenings. Having coffee on the 3 porches in the morning is another very pleasurable experience. The sunset from the top porch is a wonderful way to end a relaxing day on the beach! Walking to the beach is so easy. It maybe took us 10 min or less to get there. We opted to have a pool for the kids instead of a beach front house or condo. This was the best decision we made as the kids (and the adult kids) really enjoyed playing in the pool early as well as late. The pool lights made this almost magical for the kids! They LOVED it! We ate most of our meals in but this area has plenty of fast food as well as set down restaurants just down Scenic 98. There were a few issues we had with the house (the oven we thought was on the blink only needs to have the breaker flicked, we decided after a few days to have the pool water heated--this only took about 6 hours from our request to a nice warm pool, and some problems with the door alarm. Each and every one of these issues were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction by the owner Jeff. Thank you Jeff for a wonderful week stay at Over the Top. We will be back in the Destin area for all of our family reunions and since we're a growing family we may not stay (or fit) into this house but if anyway possible it will be in another house owned by Jeff. He was the most responsive and easy to talk to guy we've meant in a long time. Excellent service, excellent house!

  We had family from different states to all meet in Destin for the Labor Day weekend. The owner meet us there and showed us around the house. The house was lovely and had enough room that my group of 22 didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The location was great. Some went to the beach, some went shopping and many enjoyed the pool and the balconies. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already trying to plan our next visit.

  We stayed at Over the Top for a large 'family reunion' vacation. The home was clean, beautiful, and everything was as described,. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space but still be together. Access to the beach is ultra-convenient (right across the street), and we loved having the pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Hope to return soon!
