This house was just flat out fantastic!!! It's very clean and well maintained throughout with beautiful tropical landscaping and ocean views that are second to none. From the lani you can see whales everyday and did I mention the beautiful sunsets views as well!! There is also a nice swimming area right in front of the house with clean white sand and lots of small tide pools to be explored. We also took advantage of the close proximity to Kona and walked into town almost every day. The property managers were very nice and offered great information about the local shops and beaches. This was my 10th trip to the Hawaiian islands (5th beach house) and by far is the best accommodations I have ever had!!!

We spent a week here and hated to leave. Lovely home, excellent views, clean and comfortable.. We had everything we needed. Sighted whales every day from the terrace. Red crested cardinals visited everyday as well as mourning doves and saffron finches. Beach is sheltered and perfect for families with children. Sunsets were awesome. Property manager very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would like to come here again when we return. We recommend Blue Seas Cruises for whale watching. Captain is very knowledgeable about the whales. We saw several breach including a mother and calf. Not every experience will be the same as whales will do what they want but the Captain makes every effort to find the whales.. The boat is clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful. Ask them to do their "breaching" dance. Fishhoppers and Bubba Gump have good food and if you get there early, you may be able to get a seat facing the harbor.

Can't wait to return to this awesome vacation home! Best location in this gated community - on the ocean with a one-of-a-kind, secluded sandy beach and lagoon. Floated around in the beautiful pool and spa while enjoying the ocean views and then walked in the sand and swam with the fishes at Keiki Beach - it's enchanting! Upscale and spacious, the home is nicely furnished with all the amenities. Spent all our time outside on the multiple large lanais with incredible beach, bay and ocean views. Super nice, private, large, upper level master suite. Fun and short walk into Kona Village for shopping and dining and activities. A wonderful home at a special place!

We just spent a week at this Incredible Vacation Home. The house is luxurious and the location couldn't be beat! Mary Lou was flexible and very accommodating. Whether it was sitting on the Lanai and watching the sunset, or walking a few steps to squish our toes in the sand, everyone was able to relax and enjoy this beautiful setting. We especially enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen, eating our meals on the Lanai, and taking early morning walks along the ocean. Thank you for sharing your home. Oceania will be our first choice when we return.

ALOHA, WE HAD THREE GENERATIONS HERE. LOVED THE BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS OCEANIA , ENJOYED COOKING IN THE KITCHEN AND GREAT LIVING SPACE.THERE WERE SO MANY FISH IN OUR OWN LAGOON, OUR OWN PIECE OF THE OCEAN. WHEN WE ARRIVED FROM THE AIRPORT WE WERE NOT ONLY AMAZED BY THE HOUSE , BUT SIGHTING TWO WHALES BREACHING IN THE OCEAN BEHIND THE HOUSE.WE HAD WARM WEATHER AND ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE LANAIS. THE SANDY KEIKI BEACH IS PERFECT FOR OUR CHILDREN. WE RECCOMEND; KONA BREW PUB, VOLCANO RIM DRIVE, KONA INN, KONA VILLAGE RESORT FOR LUAU, AND MORE. THANKS FOR THE FLOWERS, AND COFFE, PINEAPPLE. ALOHA, WE REACHED THE GAURD GATE AND GREETED BY FRIENDLY GENTELMAN . DROVE UP TO A SPECTACULAR HOUSE EXACTLY AS IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES. WE LOVED THE WELCOMING FLOWERS, AND SNACKS EVERYONE DOVE INTO. WALKING OUT THE NEXT MORNING WAS ALSO SPECTACULAR TO SAY THE LEAST. THE VIEW, SOUNDS AND SMELL WAS HEAVEN ON EARTH. WE HIRED A PRIVATE CHEF JASON. BEST DECISION WE COULD OF MADE. THANKS FOR THE RECOMENDATION. WE BROUGHT THREE TEENAGES AND OUR MOTHER. THE HOUSE EASILY ACCOMADATED EVERYONE NICELY. BBQ WENT OUT ON CHRISTMAS EVE, AND MANAGEMENT FIXED IT WITHIN 30 MINUTES. THANKS. WE ENJOYED UFO PARASAILING; DOLPHIN QUEST, TRIXX NAILS, KONA BREW PUB , AND MORE. This is my family's second stay at this incredible beach house. It is truly paradise on earth. Everything you could possibly need for a truly relaxing vacation is supplied at this luxurious home. The kids spent hours snorkeling in the Keiki pools, literally in the backyard of this home. We took in some world class sword fishing and caught a beautiful 40# short billed spearfish, truly spectacular. Shopping, dining, and all activities are a couple minutes away. We have been to all the Hawaiian Islands and this home in Kona is definately my favorite place to be, MAHALO
