The master suite features a king size bed plus his and her closets. The bath has a large tub, separate shower and two vanities. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Sit in the den and relax on the comfortable sleeper sofa reading or watching TV or a movie on the DVD player. Be prepared to continue cooking your gourmet meals in the well equipped kitchen then decide to eat them in the kitchen area or the dining room. The great room opens onto the lanai where you can view the golfers or get caught up watching the birds over the two ponds.
The neighborhood swimming pool is just down the street. Its a short walk to the clubhouse where you can enjoy fine dining, a challenging Gordon Lewis designed 18 hole golf course, a well appointed fitness center, a heated swimming pool and spa or any of the six lighted tennis courts. Full club membership is available for $424 transfer fee and includes unlimited golf and all other activities offered.
If you wish to explore the area, there are many fine beaches, restaurants, The Phil with great concerts and a wonderful art museum. If you wish to explore the wild side of SW Florida there is a premier Audubon facility close by-Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary sure to please all with its birds, vegetation and alligators.
