Call our property manager directly at 800-723-2383 and let them know you saw the offer on VRBO and would like to rent the Sea Grass Haven.
The Sea Grass Haven town home was built in the summer of 2006 and is located in Shorepine Village, one of Oregon's premier oceanfront communities. Nestled in a neighborhood of winding paths and natural landscaping, this classic beach style home sits on the beach behind a grass covered dune which offers protection against the harsher elements of oceanfront living. Paved walkways and a dune ramp make beach access easy. The home is also situated two blocks from the Pelican brew pub, Doryland Pizza, Stimulus Coffee Shop and a small grocery store.
The Sea Grass Haven town home includes all the amenities you would want for a summer or winter beach trip. Snuggle up in the cozy living room in front of the river rock gas fireplace, enjoy a sunny afternoon BBQ on the covered deck, wash off sandy feet in the outdoor warm water faucet, enjoy a movie on the home entertainment system, or have a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar as you surf the free Wireless Internet.
The home is conveniently located to take full advantage of the many recreational opportunities in and around Pacific City. Vacationers enjoy walking the miles of beach solitude, surfing the popular Pacific City coastline, watching the world famous dory boats launch and climbing Oregon's tallest sand dune . The views of Cape Kiwanda and offshore Haystack Rock are nothing short of spectacular!

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2006
Four friends (two couples) purchased this beautiful vacation town home together back in 2006 and planned to share it with their friends and family as well as rent it out when not using it.
Why the Owner Chose Pacific City
We chose Pacific City because it was off the beaten path, and had a great small town feel. One of the owners is a native Oregonian whose grandfather had property in the area and great-grandfather was a dairy farmer in Beaver, a nearby small town. There are old pictures of the family in the master bedroom, and also many historic pictures of Pacific City around the house.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
We love visiting the house on the weekends with family. Because the house has wi-fi, those family members who would normally have a hard time getting away early on a Friday, can work from the house. Our niece and nephew love staying at the house because it has kids books, toys, games and videos, and lots of other kid friendly amenities. And one of our favorite family outings is to haul wood out on the beach and build a bonfire at night, roast marshmellows and watch the sun go down behind Haystack Rock. The renters and our family seem to have made a tradition of leaving wood behind in the garage for the next visitors, and there always seems to be a supply available.
