We are looking for families who will appreciate a three bedroom house for less than the price of a small condo. This 1400 square foot, 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home, has privacy, a spacious great room on the upper floor, a great wood stove and all new amenities throughout the house. The house is off the main (busy) road in a small, quiet residential neighborhood.
The interior has new paint, new carpet, new furniture and all new appliances. There is also satellite TV, DVD player, WiFi and full stereo.

Year Purchased: 2007
We live in Monterey, but have never been able to live without our mountain experience. Our girls started skiing the "Wall" at Kirkwood at an early age and our dogs love romping through the National Forest land behind our house. We want to be able to offer a great ski experience without the huge bills.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Even though our house is considered modest, I feel confidant that your experience will be epic. We have a caretaker that lives on the bottom floor of the house. He takes care of all the snow removal which for some rentals is a huge chore. We have had as many as 8 people stay at our house and it is quite comfortable; however, we do not recommend more than that. If you have dogs, this is a perfect fit. There is lots of land around the house and a great porch where the dogs can get some fresh air while you are skiing.
