Welcome to Seas The Day!
This home was just purchased by Lori and Tom Serbin as their family beach home. They’re making upgrades that are turning this great home into something very special. For their family and yours.
First let’s talk about the bedding sizes: King, Queen, Twin/Twin, and 2 Queen Sleepers. That’s plenty of room for 10!
This beautiful beach home is located in sight of one of the two community pools so you’ll take just a few steps to hit the water. In fact, the kids can go there and you can watch them for the 2nd floor balcony!
When you see this home the first thing you’ll notice is the space. High ceilings and plenty of living room seating for the whole family. The sofa pulls out to be a Queen Sleeper so if you’ve got teens they’ve got a spot just for them. There’s a big screen TV with lots of cable channels and a DVD if you’ve brought along some movies for downtime. Plus, there’s wireless internet access for everyone to enjoy no matter where they are in the home. So bring along your laptop or your tablet. Just promise us you won’t do any work!
Right behind the living room is the dining area. You’ll notice there’s plenty of seating for everyone! No kid’s table here. And the gourmet kitchen is located so that you can easily serve the table whether you’re fixing snacks or whipping up a gourmet meal. (You might want to do that when you’re not scouting out the great Destin favorites like Pompano Joe’s or The Back Porch which are just a few steps away.
There’s a laundry area off the kitchen so you can keep everything clean. When you head upstairs you’ll be amazed at the spacious bedrooms, but what will get you really excited is when you step out onto the balcony. It’s big and wraps around two sides of the house so that there’s plenty of room to relax and enjoy beach house living. In fact you’ll be taking your morning coffee and your afternoon relax time right here. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a book or even a little siesta.
When you step back in you’ll be right in the loft seating area that sports a Queen Sleeper, occasional chair and a TV. Another great little spot to get away.
From there, you’ll step down the hall to the Master Suite. It’s big, beautiful and beachy chic! Check out the wall art. You know you’re in a home that someone’s taken great care to make special. There’s plenty of room for you and your stuff. A flat panel TV and DVD that makes this a private suite with all the bells and whistles. The Master Bath is cozy and has with a bath and shower. Just the right size for you.
The 2nd Master has a Queen bed, lots of closet space, and a TV and DVD as well. There’s even a writing desk.
The 3rd Bedroom is kid-friendly with twin beds and lots of play space so that the kids can get away too!
There are so many special touches here at Seas The Day, you’re going to want to keep coming back year after year.
