Our floor is low enough to still see and enjoy the beach below with perfect gulf views, and high enough to see the pool area without hearing the noise. Relax on our amazing white sand beaches. Located at the quiet end of the beach, we are walking distance to St. Andrews State Park, and only minutes from the marina. Enjoying Shell Island is one of the fun activities you can’t get just anywhere. Our building, Seychelles is convenient to the areas best dining, night life, shopping, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing and all water activities. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away, shop only for what you need while you are here.
Purchased NEW in July 2007, our Platinum Rated, exquisitely decorated, Gulf Front unit on the sought after 7th floor has spectacular views of the ocean. The pristine beach offers many opportunities for fun in the sun and water. Don’t forget our pools, hot tub and patio deck.
The unit sleeps six, the master has a King Bed and full bath, fun bunk area and a quality queen sleeper. The second full bath and Washer/Dryer are off the hall. The Fully Equipped Kitchen includes all appliances, built in microwave. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the dining area and the delightfully decorated living space, featuring a unique coffee table with pull-out stools for game nights.
Amenities include Two Pools (one heated) and both overlook the gulf, Hot Tub, and easy access to the white sand beaches. Exercise Facility, Game Room, Covered Parking Deck.

This is a wonderful place. The condo is very nicely decorated and well maintained. I love the fact it is on the 7th floor, which is high enough to get away from the busy pool noise, but low enough to still hear the ocean. The kitchen has all the necessary items to make your stay still seem like home. The LCD TV in the bedroom is a very nice touch. Internet and cable were great. Internet is not wireless so bring your Ethernet cable but it is very fast. Great place to stay and would stay there again.

My family had a fantastic time! The unit was everything that the owner claimed. The chairs, beach umbrella and rafts were an added bonus and money saver. Daddy enjoyed his days watching the ocean from the balcony. We' plan to rent this unit for our trip next summer. The owner was so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much!
