Our Villa (Townhouse) is located in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort, which is on the southwest corner of the Island of Oahu. Ko Olina is a private (gated) and secluded golf and beach resort with four pristine turquoise lagoons, a marina, several fabulous restaurants, and world class resorts. It is a quiet and relaxing place, close to all the Oahu beauty and attractions. Located about 20 miles from the Honolulu and Waikiki area, Ko Olina is an easy 20 minute drive from Honolulu Int’l Airport. This Villa, and Ko Olina Resort, is a perfect place for mid-west and east-coast "snow birds" to escape from a few months of winter weather, or for those working on Oahu who need temporary fully-furnished housing.
The Villa has three bedrooms and two and a half baths, and is beautifully decorated in an island "Tommy Bahama" like style. Built in 2007, this Villa is light and bright with lots of windows looking out onto the tropical resort grounds. The Villa sleeps up to eight people comfortably and is perfect for a family, or two or three couples or two families to share
The Villa is in the "Hillside Villas” condo community within Ko Olina. This is a residential area set back from the ocean and lagoons, a short one mile walk along the golf course to the lagoons. You can walk to the lagoons and then on the paths to the JW Marriott hotel or Beach Club, or you can drive and park at the Marina or the lagoon parking areas. It is particularly nice to go walking or jogging down to the lagoons and around the paths in the early morning. The Villa has two stories; the living area, kitchen, and powder room are on the ground floor and upstairs there are three bedrooms and two baths. This villa is an end unit and there are no neighbors above or below. One side has a lawn area overlooking the resort grounds.
There is a one car garage with remote garage door opener, and space for an additional car in the driveway. The living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa, additional cozy seating, a dining table and four chairs, 32” LCD cable TV and DVD/CD Home Theatre system. There is a sliding glass door to the lanai with a patio table, umbrella and four chairs—perfect for a relaxing breakfast or casual meal outside anytime. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances with black granite countertops. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen-dinnerware, cookware, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Also downstairs is a powder room (half bath) and a condo-sized washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, large closets with glass doors, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size sofa sleeper, a desk with high speed internet access, and a TV with DVD player. Bath towels and all linens are supplied. Beach towels, four beach chairs and sun umbrella, snorkeling gear, sand toys, and air mattresses are supplied also. Wireless (WiFi A/B/G) internet is installed.
From Ko Olina you can easily drive to all other Oahu attractions, such as Waikiki Beach, the North Shore (Haleiwa, Waimea Bay-the Banzai Pipeline surfing), Hanauma Bay, Diamond Head Crater, The Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial, The Bishop Museum, 'Iolani Palace, the Dole Plantation and loads of island shopping and restaurants. Just 4 miles east of Ko Olina is the city of Kapolei which has grocery stores and many restaurants.
Besides the ocean and lagoons, the Hillside Villas condo community has a common pool area available that includes a jacuzzi tub, and gas-grill barbeque picnic areas. This area is just a short walk from the Villa.

$2,950/month. Minimum rental period of one month (30 days)
A reservation deposit of US$1,500.00 plus $350.00 cleaning fee are
required along with the reservation form to confirm booking. The
balance is due one week prior to check-in.
State of Hawaii Transient/General Excise Tax of 12.962% must be added
to the rental amount.
