This three-story condo is across the street from the beach, and just minutes from the village. With your own secluded beach, and being just three blocks from the famous King and Prince Resort, no one has a better location.
Unlike several hotel / motel like condos that have parking garages, elevators, and long public hallways to get to your room, our condos are similar to townhomes. Parking is in front of your unit, and the beach is out back. Our end condo unit provides added privacy.
While we rent our condo, it is also our home away from home. We hope you and your family will enjoy all of the features we have provided for ours.
The main Master bedroom is on the second floor and has a plush king-size bed and a full private bath. The "Guest" bedroom has two single beds and a full bath. It is also on the second floor. Upstairs we have a bedroom suite that has a queen-size bed, full bath with large tiled shower, a sitting room with cable TV, and a deck that overlooks the ocean. The deck is perfect for reading during the day, and enjoying a glass of wine under the stars at night. Downstairs, the Living room has three sofas, two of which fold out into beds if extra accomodations are needed. While the kitchen is small, the appliances are new and we have had several Thanksgiving's there. We have prepared everything from turkey dinners to steamed crabs. The kitchen table is adjacent to the living room. All have access to the TV in case the big game is on during dinner time, or the kids want to watch cartoons during breakfast.
In total there are 3 TVs, each with cable and DVD players. We have also recently added WiFi broadband cable internet access for the workaholics. Please don't hesitate to call about last minute specials if your trip is within the next three weeks and you see that we are still available.
For those who have never been to St. Simons, it is the most peaceful beach destination there is. It is not commercialized, and very relaxing. Historic sites, village shopping, a lighthouse, fishing from our pier for fisherman and sight seers, and many restaurants are all within walking and/or biking distance. There are also several beautiful public and private golf courses on the island. For those who want to enjoy the ocean activities or intercoastal waterway, boating, charter fishing, and kayaking are all nearby.

We attended a wedding in St. Simon's and were looking for a place large enough to accommodate our family without having to have the expense of a hotel room for each of us. This property was perfect for our needs for the 5 days we were there, and it was clean and well maintained and easy to find. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything--- shopping, wedding resort, swimming, beaches, etc... My sister and her husband rented bikes nearby and biked each morning. The owner was very helpful and always got back to us promptly in answering all our questions ahead of time and was quick to return our key deposit after she received our keys back. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a nice place to stay without the expense of a hotel.

It was perfect! Everything you could possible need was there, no trudging; towels, sheets and other linens-everything was included. The view from the upstairs studio is just what you see on the advertisment a hop-skip-and jump to the beach. It absolutly requires a return visit in my opinion.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here in late November! Everything was found as promised and Debbie was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Lots of spacious room and bathrooms on every floor. The upper room with balcony looking over the ocean is super. Very conveniently located for the Village and all the good stuff along the southern shore!

We had a great time on beautiful St. Simons Island, and really enjoyed your condo. Waking up to the view from the third floor balcony every morning was wonderful. I am a runner, and enjoyed exploring all of the side streets with their unique charm. Thanks for recommending the seafood buffet at the King and Prince. It was fantastic! Debbie is great to work with, and we plan to come back in the summer.

We stayed in this condo over Labor Day week. It was absolutely perfect for my family. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, both with their own bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable, and the second room with two twin beds are great for kids. The third floor is really awesome!! Great balcony that you can see the ocean from, and the room is like its own separate apartment. Large living area with a very comfy couch, chair, and flat screen T.V., and a nice queen sized bed on the other side, and a full bath with a huge shower! My family slept in this room and we were able to sleep as late as we wanted every morning because you cant hear any noise from downstairs! This condo has VERY easy access to the beach....we will definitely stay here again!
