We selected Blue Sky based on the location, but had an excellent stay for many other reasons... we had three couples and the accomodations were perfect. The house had everything we needed and we have only compliments and accolades for the stay and the value we received. I visit St. Thomas frequently (4-6) times per year and will stay here if I can from now on. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife Judith and I recently returned from a most relaxing two week vacation on the island of St. Thomas with the spacious Blue Sky Villa as our "Caribbean Home!" The Villa was just as depicted with regard to appearance, amenities, and location! Blue Sky Villa was extremely well maintained, and very clean when we arrived! The expansive balcony overlooking Red Hook Marina, (less than five minute drive away) provided magnificent views, comfortable breezes, and a wonderful way to enjoy morning coffee, or evening glasses of wine! The Villa is very tastefully decorated with "Caribbean themes" and colors and the furnishings and bed that we used in the Master Bedroom was most comfortable! The kitchen was well-stocked and boasted every amenity! Diane, the owner, and her sister, Joanie, were extremely gracious, kind, and helpful in providing recommendations, not only about the locale, but the entire island of St. Thomas and the neighboring island of St John, that enhanced our entire vacation experience! Secret Harbor Beach (wonderful for snorkeling with it's calm, clear water) is a short ten minute walk away! The villa is located less than a 30 minute drive to the magnificent Mahogany Run Golf Course (featuring the famous Caribbean "Devil's Triangle" Holes 13/14/15,) and the marvelous Magen's Bay Beach (Judith's Favorite) for sunbathing and swimming! The fun-loving town of Red Hook with it's Happy Hour Bars and Ferry Port to St John's is less than a five minutes drive! Pesci's offers exceptional fine Italian dining and Fishtails delectable fresh seafood! Once again, our stay at the Blue Sky Villa was wonderful! The villa has a very nice flat screen television, and although it did nothing to detract from our stay, please note that at the time we stayed, there was no hookup for "television programming" of any kind-- No news or local channels or cable TV. We were however able to watch DVD movies that we brought with us, and there were 20-25 other movie offerings available as a "DVD movie library" at the Villa! We were able to enjoy the Super Bowl live at Molly Malones Pub in Red Hook with many other diehard football fans! The WIFI/Internet connnection was superb and deeply appreciated! We were very easily able to SKYPE to our family members back in Wisconsin! In closing, ...Thank You so very much, Diane, Joanie, and Robert for your gracious hospitality , and for making the Blue Sky Villa available as our "Caribbean Home" on beautiful St Thomas!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Two years ago we stayed in the Red Hook District of St. Thomas at Larimar at Stonehouse for three weeks and had a super time. This year we wanted a little more space for our 10 night stay so decided to book Blue Sky across the street overlooking American Yaught Harbor! These two properties are owned and managed by the same family and once again Joanie and Robert made our stay as perfect as we could have expected! Blue Sky had all the amenities as listed in the VRBO site and more. The house was clean, well maintained and safe! We had another terrific time and would highly recommend this property and the professionalism of Joanie and Robert! Book and you won't be disappointed !! It's close to all St. Thomas has to offer!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The Blue Sky is a beautiful place with an amazing view and more amenities than even mentioned. Will certainly stay there again because of the closeness to Sunset Harbor and the town of Red Hook. Only thing I would suggest is more larger utensils, can't drink the water, and maybe better (sturdier) deck chairs.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

For many reasons, and above all the property itself has everything for a very enjoyable stay. The location is perfect as you are close to everything. We were a family of 5, ages 70, 65, 45, 44 & 42 and were very comfortable. I definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Rave reviews for Blue Sky Villa! My family – including 2 young boys (ages 3 and 2) - had a wonderful, memorable vacation to St. Thomas in February and were VERY pleased with the villa. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease in the clean, spacious and comfortable environment. The view is absolutely beautiful, the deck overlooking the water was well used and a perfect way to begin the day watching the sun rise with coffee, soak up some sun during the day and enjoy a cocktail in the evening! Getting to the beach and Red Hook (for shopping and great restaurants!) was a breeze. The open environment this Villa offers provided a safe place for the my boys and the gear and toys on hand were so helpful! I would highly recommend this Villa.Did you find this review helpful? This past November was my third time staying here. I think I enjoy it a little more each time I visit. You can not beat the location, it is so close to everything and the views are AMAZING!! It has everything you need which makes packing a breeze. It would be hard to imagine ever staying in a small hotel room ever again. I paid half the price and I got a whole house , a beautiful beach that is walking distance away, and views to die for. Can not wait to visit again soon!!Did you find this review helpful? What a fantastic villa! Just spent a long weekend here with a few girlfriends. We were so relaxed at the house, enjoyed every minute on the amazing deck and enjoyed the water views and starry nights. It was so close to the boat to take a jaunt to St. John, some great restaurants and a short walk to Secret Harbour! What an AMAZING place!!!! all I can say is a little piece of Heaven is here on earth and I was lucky enough to find it!!! The House is not only beautiful but warm,friendly and cozy! So much to do or do as little as possible and it is all great!! Great location, Friendly people , quiet,relaxing and fun!!! Can't wait to go back!!!! Highly recommended for anyone!!!! 6 of us stayed at your villa while in St. Thomas for a friend's wedding. While the wedding was certainly our highlight, the stay at your villa made our trip that much more enjoyable. The view of the harbor was breathtaking; the villa was spacious and comfortable for us and other wedding attendees during a cookout we held; the space was clean and the use of all the amenities added up to a memorable stay. Having spent 10 fantastic days in Blue Sky Villa at the beginning of January, we have only wonderful things to say about the property, its owner, its location and St. Thomas in general. Blue Sky Villa has an ocean view that will take your breath away! In addition, all the amenities, shops and restaurants you'll need are nearby in the village of Red Hook. From this locale, the island of St. John is just a quick ferry ride away and is also a perfect starting place for a day's jaunt to the BVI. Even better, a beautiful beach is within easy walking distance. Blue Sky Villa itself is comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped.
