Punta Esmeralda is an exclusive, gated resort community which has the advantages of privacy, seclusion and security, with easy access to nearby shops and villages. Our unit is a spacious, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 2900 sq. ft condo on the beachfront, with large balconies that have magnificent views of the Bay. Vaulted ceilings, professional interior design, contemporary artwork and furnishings create an ambience of comfort and luxury. Construction is of the highest quality, with contemporary Mexican design. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has granite countertops; the bathrooms have marble countertops and there are marble floors throughout the unit. All three bedrooms have split air conditioners and bathrooms en suite. The master suite features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a two-person soaking tub. The main guest room has a king-sized bed and its own private balcony with full sea views. The third room has two queen-sized beds, suitable for two adults or four children. Concierge services are available, including food delivery and babysitting. Maid service is available by arrangement. For leisure time, there is a TV, a DVD player, an iPod dock, high-speed Internet access, and several board games and books for your enjoyment.
There are endless activities available in the Bay area to cater to all tastes. Spend the day on the beach, or enjoy the many water-related amenities - kayaking, jet-skiing, parasailing, windsurfing or sailing. Cruise the harbor to watch whales and dolphins; take the children on a pirate boat for the day; or enjoy and exhilarating canopy tour in the surrounding hills. Punta Esmeralda is conveniently situated with ready access to all the towns on the Bay of Banderas. It is five minutes from Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, ten minutes from Nuevo Vallarta, and twenty-five minutes from the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta. Why the Owner Chose Punta Esmeralda
We have travelled quite widely among coastal resorts in Mexico, but fell in love with the Puerto Vallarta area a few years ago. The condo is in an ideal location for us - easy access to shops and nearby towns, but not in Puerto Vallarta itself. The development appealed to us for its very high quality construction and beautiful landscaping, and for the numerous amenities on the property. Combined with the beachfront location and the magnificent views, the condo was irresistible and we have been delighted with it since.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the magnificent views from the condo, as well as being right on the beach and close to the pool. The condo has privacy, yet is in easy reach of all the amenities of the development. The location of Punta Esmeralda allows for easy travel to nearby towns along the main highway around the Bay.
Because the entrance is at road level, parking and grocery loading are very simple.

I am a physician in private practice. My wife Madee and I live in Minnesota, USA and we've been married for 18 years; we have 4 children. Madee has a background in interior design, which is reflected in the condo decor. Both of us enjoy travel, and gardening for relaxation. We hope to be able to spend our winters at the condo in our retirement years, which are still a long way off.

My family has enjoyed two extended vacations in this condo and will be returning again next month. The condo is very well maintained as are the grounds. My kids loved swimming in the pools while my wife and I were able to lounge nearby. During my last visit I was very pleased to see the Weber grill on the patio. We enjoyed our margaritas while preparing fantastic meals in the evenings. The location of the condo is great as you are near other interesting beach towns, PV, and golf courses, grocery stores. I look forward to returning soon!

We rented this lovely condo over Christmas and New years last year and found it wonderful. Our whole family enjoyed the spaciousness and elegance. It is very close to pools and beach, and is extremely well equiped. The owners are very accessible and helpful.Our grandchildren enjoyed the tennis courts and the adults used the gym, all very near by. We had such a good time we are going back again this year!

Punta Esmeralda is a great development. It is close to everything, Bucerias, La Cruz, & even PV. We played golf at Flamingo, which was only 10 minutes away. We think this particular unit is one of the nicest units in the development. The views are incredible. It is very clean and well kept. The Kitchen was well equipped, we wanted for nothing. We stayed for two weeks, and wish it had been more. The washer & dryer were great & we won't pack as much when we return. There are swimming pools every where you look, and they have a great work out room that we used regularly. We didn't play tennis, but they have nice courts. The owners are very friendly and helpful... We will not hesitate to go back. Have fun!

This vacation surpassed our expectations in every way! This unit was so beautiful, so very elegantly furnished, and in such an exquisite location! The owners have supplied everything you could possibly need, down to the tennis rackets and beach towels, blender and margarita glasses! There was plenty of space for everyone, it was a treat cooking in such a beautiful kitchen with groceries we got from the nearby Mega store in Bucerias. This is THE place to stay if you are visiting Puerto Vallarta. We will be coming back!

A group of us stayed in this beautiful condo for four nights back in January. We have visited Puerto Vallarta several times and we haved stayed in all luxury accomodations from Dreams and the Villa Premiere to the Grand Velas in Nuevo Vallarta. WE HAVE FOUND OUR SPOT! We are looking forward to returning next year. This spacious condo is spectacular. The furnishings are top notch. Everything that we needed was in this unit. The refrigerator was even stocked with our favorites for a small fee. Not only is the condo fantastic, the setting at Punta Esmeralda is hard to beat. We enjoyed the beachfront pools and the wait staff that served us during our stay. The proximity to Bucerias and La Cruz is nice. We walked to both towns several times and for a small fee took the bus or taxi back. Again, I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay here.

My husband and I stayed at this condo with our four children over Christmas and New Year's. We had a wonderful time. The views of the mountains and Banderas Bay were breathtaking and the weather was perfect. The condo is beautiful with marble floors throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths. Every detail was fabulous, beautiful bedding and towels, a well-stocked kitchen with every amenity and lovely, well chosen artwork. We had our groceries delivered there before we arrived. That was great. There were Ipod speakers, games, movies, tennis raquets and volleyball. The fitness center was nice. We were so busy we did not have time to take advantage of the spa. The development is beautifullly landscaped. The elevator to the beach is great. But you are so close you don't need it. The cafe and several pools are nice. We loved having the dipping pool on our balcony. The staff was very helpful. The condo is in a great location. We walked the beach to Bucerias. There were great restaurants 5 minutes away in Bucerias and La Cruz. We went snorkeling and whale watching in La Cruz. It was an easy drive into Puerto Vallarta for restaurants and art galleries or to catch the Canopy Tour. We are anxious to come back again and stay.
