  Had a great time on this holiday getaway with our two children and their spouses. Took along our small beagle...the set up was good for him....had the cage so we could go out without worrying...plenty of room for us all. Nice to stay at a "home" and appreciated the "pride of ownership" factor. Easy to book and simple process once we arrived. Very convenient location...will look forward to another visit in future.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

  WOW!! is all I can say! Thanks to Rod for providing a BEAUTIFUL, comfortable home for my family vacation. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Excellent location, clean, beautiful home, and a great week! Looking forward to next year. Thanks again!

  My family has rented numerous houses in OC, and this property, by far, was the most presentable and well-kept that we have experienced. Everything about this rental was enjoyable -- the clean rooms, the cheerful decorations, the newer furniture, and the convenient location (both to the beach and the boardwalk). The owner was a pleasure to deal with; "pride of ownership" was evident throughout the entire residence. When vacationing in OC, the last thing you want to worry about is the house that you rent; this one is definitely a "worry-free" home! We already are looking forward to renting this property for our next year's vacation. :-)

  We had a wonderful time with our family and our dog! The house is beautiful and within easy walking distance of the beach and everything you would want to visit on the boardwalk! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us! We hope to make this our yearly vacation house! :)
