Comfortable and "beachy" 4 BR, 2 Bath 1st Floor Condo only 1-1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk in family friendly Ocean City New Jersey. The house is located at 1227 Wesley Ave, at the south end of the boardwalk, making it easily accessible to many of Ocean City's favorite locations, but far enough away to have peace and quiet for your morning coffee or late night coctail on the front porch. Come stay for a week in the summer to get your annual fix of Mack & Manco's pizza, Kohr Bros. custard, Jilly's fries, Polish water ice, etc. You are less than a five minute walk to the boardwalk and beach and less than 15 minute walk to the Wonderland Amusement Pier.
If you prefer to eat at home for dinner our kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots & pans, and all the accessories to prepare a meal for the entire family.
The house is also perfect for a weekend getaway in the fall or winter or a nightly rental for those looking to escape the hotels in Atlantic City. Enjoy college of pro football on the 42" flat screen tv in the family room or relax and watch in bed on the flat panel tv's in each of the bedrooms.
In 2011 the family room was refurnished with new sofas and loveseats to provide additional comfort and seating.

Ocean City is considered to be the most family friendly beaches and we find that to be true.Home values is OCNJ have always been on the rise until the recent downturn. When prices feel we saw our opportunity to have a part of the NJ shore area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our house is just a short 1-1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and are kids enjoy every minute of playing in the sand, riding the waves, or riding their bicycles on the boardwalk.

We had a wonderful time with our family and our dog! The house is beautiful and within easy walking distance of the beach and everything you would want to visit on the boardwalk! Thank you for sharing your beach home with us! We hope to make this our yearly vacation house! :)
