Our elegant 2,070 sq. foot new vacation home is located on a private cul-de-sac lot in Corte Bella, which is a private gated golf community. This is Del Webb’s first active adult country club community, which feels like a resort! Corte Bella is a beautiful 720 acre property in which residents and renter have wonderful amenities to enjoy: a spectacular 18 hole Troon Golf Course, a fabulous Fitness Facility with a variety of fitness classes, Day Spa, Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, an amazing Olympic size Pool, hot tubs, sauna, Clubhouse, 2 restaurants, and Social Club Activities.
Come enjoy Arizona’s 300 plus sunny days to enjoy limitless outdoor activities here and nearby. This is an Adult Community, so at least one renter needs to be 55 years of age. Children and grandchildren are welcome to visit. Phoenix is home to numerous MLB Spring training camps. Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix are about a 30 minute drive, Sedona is a short 2 hour drive and the Grand Canyon about 4 hours. Our home can be your home base for a wonderful array of drive trips to endless destinations!
Our upscale home is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It offers a spacious interior with 10 foot ceilings and is airy and bright. You will enjoy all of the $70K upgrades in our home including: the private front courtyard, upgraded cherry cabinets throughout, beautiful granite counters and huge island in the designer kitchen, upgraded GE Profile stainless steel appliances, luxurious 18 inch travertine tile throughout, built-in surround sound system, and more. Our gourmet size kitchen has a dining area and our dining room has a formal dining space as well.
Our home has a split bedroom floor plan, offering plenty of privacy. The Master Suite is large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with a King size bedroom set. The Master Bathroom is lovely and large, with 2 generous sinks and a private toilet room and large soaking tub to relax in. The Master walk-in closet is enormous as well.
The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen size bed, dresser and end table. It is conveniently located next to the other bathroom.
The den has a comfortable futon/queen size bed, desk/chair and an additional TV. The home has basic cable TV. Cox high speed internet can be activated, at your expense, should you want to bring your laptop.
Our open and large great room opens up from the spacious kitchen. It overlooks an enlarged, covered back patio with a table and chair patio set to relax in. Enjoy the built in gas fire pit and sitting wall in the evenings, while watching the stars. Every morning you can wake up to a gorgeous sunrise seen from our home’s very PRIVATE and open backyard. You will enjoy the view of mountaintops from the back view as well.
Our home has a very extended oversized 2 car garage. It is equipped with a remote garage door opener. Our landscaping is automatically watered with a timer irrigation system.

Golf at Corte Bella Golf Club: As renters you are considered residents and may golf at current resident (non-member) rates: January - March 2008 rates are: $85.00 for 18 holes, $35.00 for 9 holes. Rates are reduced in the Summer.
